I bought 1 bhk from arg in jaipur two years ago. The developer is delaying registration. They are not even ready to show draft copy of sales deed. There is continuous seepage in flat for past two years and it has not been repaired till date. I had told the developer to repair seepage before giving possession but repair has not been done till date. The bathroom wall is wet and fungus is growing on the wall. There is no mechanism to resolve complaints and small flat owners, especially 1 bhk are treated very badly. The developer wants to avoid paying for tiles to be replaced during repair and is simply not providing maintenance. I am stuck in this lousy establishment.

Updated by Complainant21902 Seepage was repaired for the first time after two years only when I contacted the police. Six months after the repair the seepage has come back and developer is delaying the repair again. They are not getting registration done, they have changed the clauses in the agreement which they will use for registration from the original clauses in the original agreement.
