[Resolved]  Arg Developers Pvt. Ltd. — Severe seepage and faults in flat

There is severe seepage in my flat for past two years. I bought this flat two years ago and even then there was seepage. I told the developer to repair it before giving possession. Each time the maintenance people do some cosmetic work and paint it over when it dries a little but seepage keeps coming back. Till date they have not broken the tiles of flat above even once for repair. Just to save cost of few tiles they have ruined my life. I have been given faulty flat and zero maintenance even after paying everything they demanded by cheque. Maintenance quality is very poor. Just to save cost of few tiles they have ruined my life.

Finally they conducted the first repair in January 2017, two years after I started complaining. But within six months the seepage has come back and they are again delaying the repair. They have not painted the roof even once even though I have been requesting to paint it. Every time they say that the paint is not available or the painter is not available. Maintenance is HORRIBLE and quality of finishes is VERY POOR.
