[Resolved] Arg Developers Pvt. Ltd. — Severe seepage and poor design

There is severe seepage in my bathroom in flat that I bought from ARG Developers two years ago. They promised to repair it before giving possession but it has not been repaired till date. The wall is completely wet. There is no point for installation of washing machine and bathroom is too small to accommodate machine. There is no maintenance support. When I call the maintenance they pretend that they cant hear me even though I am on intercom. Really poor maintenance.

They are delaying my registration, they are refusing to provide draft of sale deed.

There is no point for washing machine in the whole house. I was forced to create a point in the bathroom and for that I had to remove the wash basin. NOw I have to manage without wash wasin. This is very difficult since I have a 1BHK and only one bathroom in the whole house. See photo. There is no maintenance support for this problem even though I have been requesting for past 2 years at least.
