Asha net is an isp in vasai east. I have a 15 month subscription o[censored]nlimited internet with advance paid of rs. 9000 & speed they offered of 10 mbps. Form date of connected speed that i have been provided by them is very slow & some time not connected. Every time i complain to them about this the only answer that i get is that the problem will be fixed in end of the day. But it remains the same. The staff is also very rude & least bothered...

I conveyed the company that there is no service but it didn't receive calls or after receiving cut the phone down. No answer, no information nothing. From a week i am without service. The connectivity is aways say once or twice a week, lost for a day. Company does not fulfill it's commitment. It seems that company has nothing to do with the grievance of their customers....
