Asha net is an isp in vasai east. I have a 15 month subscription o[censored]nlimited internet with advance paid of rs. 9000 & speed they offered of 10 mbps. Form date of connected speed that i have been provided by them is very slow & some time not connected. Every time i complain to them about this the only answer that i get is that the problem will be fixed in end of the day. But it remains the same. The staff is also very rude & least bothered about the complaint. He had a monopoly in the area & is taking it to his advantage. Please help
I need to cancelled my subscription & get return my money form them,
customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I conveyed the company that there is no service but it didn't receive calls or after receiving cut the phone down. No answer, no information nothing. From a week i am without service. The connectivity is aways say once or twice a week, lost for a day. Company does not fulfill it's commitment. It seems that company has nothing to do with the grievance of their customers.

      Asha Net is an ISP in Vasai East. I have a monthly subscription o[censored]nlimited Internet with a speed of 1 mbps. For more than 3 months now the speed that i have been provided by them is very slow. Every time I complain to them about this the only answer that i get is that the problem will be fixed in 2 days. But it remains the same. The staff is also very rude & least bothered about the complaint. Last month when i went to their office to complain about this i had an argument with one of the staff. The manager of the office was present there by he did not care to ask what is wrong. He is the only ISP in my area or else i could have cancelled my subscription since a long time & moved on to a different Internet provider. He had a monopoly in the area & is taking it to his advantage. Please help

      Since today morning we are unable to use our wifi due to broadband/network issues faced in our area. We have cleared all the payments still we face this issue .Please look into the issue as soon as possible.
