Ashok Leyland ltd — Payment of Courier Charges | |||
Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that, I have booked a courier to Navi Mumbai today Doc.No [protected] dated 16.06.21, when i wanted to pay the charges for the service, they insisted for cash payment, I have told them I will make payment through my card, which the team was not accepting and they insisted to pay cash only, then I escalated the issue to the Manager Mr.Rajalingam, he also asked me to pay in cash or through Google Pay to his personal account. I have failed to understand, such a big company like BLUE DART don't have the facility to accept payment through cards. And also insisting customer pay through their Manager Personal Account for the service rendered, Very much unhappy to lodge such complaint because of the attitude of your staff and facility to make payment.
