[Resolved] Asian Paints — already raised a complaint but it was closed without resolving properly | |||
I raised a complain couple of months back with complain no - [protected], some local representative from asian paints also visited and checked the issue and agreed to pay only colour of that cost. We talked with local asian paint representative and asked who will bear the labour cost and in spite of repeated request they have denied to pay any extra amount rather than only colour cost My only question is do you feel customer should paint on their own even if there is some issue with the colour?
