[Resolved] Asian Paints — As a customer/shareholder, I am not happy with the service | |||
I am Srivathsan Santhanam from chennai, and our family owns share of Asian Paints. As a shareholder I engaged your home solutions team to come and visit my place for quotation. Your agent came and took the sizes of my flat and provided an estimate. And after lot of negotiations we fixed for a final quotation for Rs. 53500/- Today suddenly I was called for a discussion and trying to add by saying patty was not added for balcony walls for around 350 sf and flush doors for around 200 sf which we have to add and also we have excluded the cupboard which is around 430 sf for which all put together I end up paying an additional Rs. 17000/- up by around 33%. My points are below 1. When you come and inspect don't you know that balcony need a patty 2. When you have given enamel for doors don't you know we have to do patty and then enamel. Is this the way a reputed organisation deal with your customers/shareholders. I am seriously disappointed with the service of your company. FYI, I got a quote 42000/- from a local painter which I ignored just because my brother insisted me as he is also your customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
