I have purchased the asian paint nilaya wall paper from asian paint authorised dealer. Prices charged from me are all inclusive of installation charges but their applicator has incorrectly installed the same. Thereafter, i lodge the complaint with asian paint on their customer care number (Complaint #[protected] dt[protected] and their customer service executive visited my place and accepted that there is some issue with the installation of the same and committed me that they will get that replaced but before that applicator need to visit my place and he should realise that he has done the mistake. I keep on chasing asian paint cs executive and dealer for at least 15 days and thereafter somehow applicator visited my place and told us that there is mistake as there is some problem with the product.
Now, situation is that everybody i. E. Asian paint cs executive, asian paint dealer as well as applicator has accepted that there was some mistake but no one is ready to take the responsibility of the same. Dealer is simply not picking up the calls and asian paint executive is far ahead of the dealer and attend the call once in a while & shows unethical behaviour and responding back on the call that it is my wish whether i want to take your calls or not & my wish whether i will call you back or not. Also, i am trying to put the complaint on asian paint website in writing but for the same, one has to first register himself but no one can register as captcha image required to be filled in for registration process is not appearing on the screen. That means no one can register and therefore, no one would be able to lodge the complaint in writing. There is complete harassment of the customer if something went wrong, which i didn't expect from the brand like asian paint. Was this information helpful? |
