Asian Paints — Complaint[protected]

HI Team,

I have raised this complaint last week expecting the Asian team Inspection team to coordinate with me and visit my apartment to check what work their local dealers have performed. However, it's more than a week. There is hardly any response from the team. Only an acknowledgement and I have received a complaint reference. I have been provided some escalation contacts but none of the email ids are valid. I keep getting invalid email error as I move up the escalation matrix for Asian Paints. My complaint was with the paint quality and also way the local vendors have treated me as a customer. This experience has been both alarming and unacceptable. My agreement was with Royal Paints, and I expected a professional standard of service and product. Unfortunately, the current outcome does not reflect that.
