Asian Paints — Inferior Painting Quality

Warranty no: mms1904882

1. There is paint peeling of one side of the wall.
2. There are air bubble on one of the walls.
3. There are spot which have developed on the wall.

I have raised the same through email and sent to [protected]@asianpaints.com. The engineer did visit after the COVID first wave and he has said things would be addressed.
Now that COVID second wave has ended and cases reduced, can the Asian Paint team pick up the issue.

Hi Tapan, we are extremely sorry for your experience and understand the concerns raised by you. We have escalated your concerns to the relevant team, they will reach out to you with an update.
The complaint has still not even been picked up. One of the service resource called and shocked to hear that it is reflecting "Work in progress at Site" for 18 months.

It looks like that customer complaint addressing has gone down for such a repute Brand.
