[Resolved] Asian Paints — painting work not yet started after paying the advance amount | |||
I have paid an advance of rs 20000 to paint my house and it told that the work will begin on 3rd june. But till now the work didn't start and i'm not getting any update on when the work will begin. The consultant person is not responsive and i have to call him multiple times and i rarely get a reply back that the work will begin from tomorrow. I 'm hearing the same answer from last three days. If you are not having enough labor please don't fool customers by forcing them to give the advance so that they will opt for other professional solution. My in-law applied for leave for one week just to monitor this work and all his leaves went in vain as the work not yet started. Please do the needful immediately else return my money so that i can start my housework. Was this information helpful? | |||
