I have used their service in year 2022 October & it's not even 2 years since major cracks has appeared on the surface off roof that has lead water seeping through & damaged inner walls of my home.
A complained was registered with company - R00418749.
There representative visited agreed of the problem. Promised of a solution with contractor visiting me within 3 working days.
No one visited & suddenly after 5 days a message received that your problem has been solved.
It was a very unprofessional & unresponsible behavior on the part of the company.
I request to please take this matter forward with the company so that not only my problem gets resolved on priority, but they also learn a lesson & future customers can be saved of such hassles.
