[Resolved] Asian Paints — The Color shade selected from the Online is completely different from offline color | |||
My Cousin is in other country and he selected colors from Asia Paints android application. He selected the color(gray shade (7229)) from asian paints app but when we took the color from dealer, we got blue color shade with the same color code. I have raised an issue with asian paints and they sent agent to building location. He also confirmed that there is a color shade difference. I bought 2 boxes from dealer for this color shade and I got amount for one box but I didn't get the amount for another box. Below is the Complaint number I have raised... Complaint number : [protected]. Basically dealer doesn't have the license to mix the Ultra Protek brand but agent didn't cared about it. I really disappointed with asian paints color shades and it's service. Please don't choose Asian Paints. I want the refund for the remaining box.
