Asian Paints — The Paint peeled and deterioation

I had applied Asian Paint on the exterior walls of my House in October 2023. I am very disappointed when the Paint began to peel and deteriorate. this deterioration has led to a significant decrease in the aesthetic appearance of my house. I had purchased material from Kuber enterprises, Ratangarh-331022 (Rajasthan). I trusted on big brand but very disappointed.
I filed a complaint in this regard on Dated 15.09.2024 but till date my problem has not been resolved.
I request you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible. it is shameful for a reputed brand like yours to delay in resolving the problem. i request to repaint my house at free of cost.
