Asian Paints — Ultima water proof paint, putty and exterior paint

Address: NO 4/1, Sabari Illam, Appadurai st, Alwarpet -18

*Here is the
case no. 332572, which was registered and not yet solved.
I have been using asian paint for the last 5 years for all my interior and exterior paint work.
The professional from asian paints came to my home and suggested ultima paint for my exterior wall and water proof putty for my head room etc. I have specifically took pictures of all the water dampness on my wall and the experts suggested to seal all the cracks on the exterior wall including the area around windows.
They promised that they will use the silicon sealant before painting the wall and the windows. They didn't do the work properly and the same dampness is on my wall right after every rain.
