Asian Paints — Unresolved issues - customer id: [protected]

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this ongoing negligence and unprofessional conduct from the Asian Paints Beautiful Homes Service team handling my project. Despite multiple communications dating back to December 2024, and my most recent emails sent on March 25 and April 23, 2025, there has been NO RESPONSE and NO ACTION taken to resolve the outstanding issues.

This level of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE and constitutes a serious breach of contract on your part. The project that was originally scheduled for handover on September 3, 2024, was only signed off on December 20, 2024 - nearly FOUR months behind schedule. Now, an additional FIVE months have passed with multiple defects remaining unresolved despite your team's assurances during the liability period.

The following issues remain pending after MULTIPLE reminders:

Master Bedroom: Floor stains not removed
Kids Room:
Floor paint marks persist
Study unit lamination uprooted and not fixed
Common Bathroom:
Partition installation damages to floor/wall tiles not addressed
Fittings, commode, and basin covered with paint marks
Window glass not cleaned, paint marks visible
Kitchen: Damaged tile not fixed
Hall:
MCB Box area not as per approved design/drawing
Partition fixing not as per design
Floor paint marks not removed
TV Unit switchboard openings (2) not closed with blanks
Music Room: Ceiling light showing loose connection within 4 months of installation
I have exhausted all reasonable attempts to resolve this matter amicably. Your team's complete lack of response demonstrates a severe disregard for customer satisfaction and contractual obligations. As a reminder, I made 100% payment on July 17, 2024, yet continue to live with substandard work nearly a year later.

IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED:

I demand acknowledgment of this email
A senior project manager must contact me
A detailed schedule for completing ALL pending issues must be provided within 72 HOURS
ALL pending issues must be COMPLETELY resolved
Should these demands not be met, I will be forced to:

File an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Council
