Asianet — no regular internet since this year annual payment

I am not getting uninterrupted net except for few minutes daily since january 2015 .. my no tv90571.. i call the helpline on a regular basis .. next day without checks.. i receive sms " complaint Resolved".. i lose time and money on phone calls thats all.. so some times i dont call waiting to see what happens.. same as after calling happen interupted service for few minutes.. the problem is with the modem and or the cable.. told them often but no ones bothers.. what can be done.. is refund possible.. i unfortunatly payed a yearly bill for nothing.. i use vodafone in samsung fed up with the disgusting service i get .. new subscribres kindly keep away from yearly schemes .. i dont think this people care a damn about customers after payments ..
