I have disconnected my broadband connection in October 2022 and in January 2023 they have added a plan "HiSpeed_199" to my account and started sending bills. I have registered a complaint in their support page and got no response. Then i contacted nodal officer via phone and he told me that it might be a mistake and he will remove the plan from the sub code and revoke the bill generated also told me that no need to pay the bill. All of these happened a week ago and still i am getting SMS to pay my pending bill.

My asianet broadband account CA 40590 is not in use for 1 year after I relocated to another place and discontinued the connection officially. Noa after an year, they have started generating bills on the account and says it is active.After repeated complaints, there is no action on their side. I am personally facing a lot of mental torture from the company's attitude.Please do the needful.

It has come to my attention that I am not able to access "reddit.com" on an Asianet Fiber Connection, as it has been blocked. There is no reason for Reddit to be blocked, as it does not contain any illegal or unsafe material.

I request the unblocking of this site through your service.

Asianet offered a free laptop bag along with my new optical fibre broad band connection taken on Sep13 (100bbps speed). I have paid 3 months rent in advance as well.

But the Kovalam Asianet office is demanding me to pay an additional amount of Rs: 500/- for availing the free laptop bag offered by the Asianet ! As per their advmnt, they will offer free laptop bag from plan 499 onwards.

But the attitude of the Kovalam Asianet office is still continuing very rude and arrogant as always. I made multiple followup on this but no luck. Also four email communications made with [protected]@asianetbroadband.in but no positive response.

Asianet Kovalam office already admitted that it was a mistake while asianet satellite communication made the advertisement as part of Onam celebrations. But the instructions given to them was to demand for payment from the customer !

Hence I am requesting all the public to be very careful if you are planning to take this service.

You seem to be obsessed with news biased against the centre or PM Modiji. When there are other important news to report, you are engaged in giving importance to Surendran's son procuring a job. It is also well known that most of your top reporters with the exception of a few were associated with SFI or DYFI in the past. You also seem to follow some hidden agenda like the majority of malayalam media. Hope better sense will prevail.

Only indication on TV monitor is No signal when tv and stb are on.

I'm Azeem, i requested to disconnect my Asianet broadband connection from August 1st via email and call on same day (August 1st 2022, but still not taken any action, Total usage is 0MB and we are still recieving the bill of internet of the company

Set top box not showing glowing lights usually seen during normal functioning. A light Just keeps blinking at a regular 5 second interval on the set top box.Message on TV says "No Signal. Check cable connections and the settings of your source device. Pressing Source on the remote shows the Source list highlighted as "AV".

I am customer of Asianet Broadband and my customer number is CN185552. At the time of installation the company did not provide any information in written or electronic format about the AMC charges of the modem.Today I received an additional bill of Rs 450 in addition to my regular bill, Rs 450 I have to pay extra as AMC charges.

Iam complaining about the cable connection. Now a days the cable connection is not working properly. I want to ready it.

Riyaz Salim, a contestant of the Bigg Bioss season programme 4 is abusive and outrage modesty of a women by talking about mensuration, child birth, periods openly in the pretext to provoke manner a women contestant who is aged 37 years and famous actress. He stooped so low to critize and humiliate the traditional Kerala and their practices (Kula Nari as they are in Malayalam). This was aired on 8-6-2022 at 9-30 to 19.30pm. Riyaz Salim is habitual offender and engaged in abusing women and traditional practices of women for last couple of weeks. He should be thrown out of the show for being vulgar, abusive and provoking women contestants by his cheap and criminal behaviour. He should be punishable under section 354 of IPC for outraging women modesty in an Asianet channel which is reputed and most revered Malayalam National television channel. This Riyaz Salim has lowered the content and the reputation of the show to a cheap, anti women practices and abusive programmes. He should be complained to Kerala state women commission for provoking under section 504 of IPC fir provocation and under section 354 of IPC for outraging women modesty and action to be taken on the channel for airing and supporting such views to be aired in the national television. Shame on you Asianet Entertainment communications.

This channel asking votes to public, and they taking their own decisions without considering people majority by running a show called "Bigg boss malayalam season 4".
They are cheating the audience and sincere voters

It's channel (bigg boss) asking the ppl to vote the highest ppl hero they r evicting him..there were murder attack was shown in the channel.. It's was ipc 307 .

This show is prompting anti moral and hurting perssonal feelings of contestants as well as viewers. It doesnt contain any social messages.

Dr Robin radhakrishnan should not evict... Asianet posted a video regrading the comeback of robin.. But they evict him without giving any respect to the viewers.. They said that they give importance to viewers veedict but they broke it.. Pls stop the show.. Otherwise bring back him
