[Resolved]  Asianet — cancellation of asianet dataline broadband internet

sir,
I,lazar fernandez,is requesting u to cancel the asianet dataline broadband internet connection .As we already informed about the cancellation of internet connection about a year ago,but no action has been taken till now.It is noticed from the bill,that the total usage is 0MB and we are still recieving the bill of internet of the subcode:TV17928.

I hope you will take necessary steps on the above complaint.

sir, I do have both broad band connection and TV connection from the very beginning of asianet in thalassery. Since last 7 days my broadband connection (code 1814) is out of order and this was informed to the thalssery office on daily basis. Unfortunately no action taken so far. As the broad connection without functioning does not serve the purpose I would request you to disconnect my broad band connection with immediate effect

I am totally disappointed with your service, I took connection on 06/04/2019 and still this date lam not Receive 3minutes continually -more than 50 times I complained, but your staff not willing to register a complain -they always saying 5minutes the issue will solve, one time I got complain ticket no: OT15363, but the issue still remains

my broad band id is KL 4652 AND cable connection ID is BA 92000017

I request you to stop cancel the connection provided to me at the earliast
