I sent this mail to asianet before 10 days i didn't get any reply yet From: thomas johnson Date: fri, nov 10, 2017 at 1:28 pm Subject: connection issue To: [protected]@asianetindia.com, [protected]@asianet.co.in Dear, sir/ ma'am Subscription id: ga91021435 By the end of april 2017, as per the instructions from a customer care Agent i have informed your local branch at palarivattom to disconnect The set up box connection of mine and collect the set of box from the People who are living below my apartment. And i have also contacted to this number,[protected] and the lady who Picked up the phone assured me that it will be disconnected. Now i got letter from your side that i have to pay the bill of rs.1700 From the month of may to november let me inform you that from may Onwards i have moved to my home town and i am not at all using your Services. This is a mistake from your end and why should i pay for it? So kindly check the details and do the needful. I hope you have the records.
