Asianet Satellite Communications — no response to a request for waiver on broadband bills for the unused months | |
My subscriber id is tv178988 Ph no: [protected] I am writing this letter to express my utter disappointment with the asianet customer care service. I had requested a waiver for the bills of april and may as i have not used any internet for those months. The request was mailed on 28th july and it is going to be 2 months and i haven't received any response from the asianet team yet. This is very very disappointing. I have been a loyal subscriber of asianet broadband for a long time. However, now i find that customer service nowadays is becoming irresponsible. I have raised numerous remainder mails to get a response from their side. Also, i had made a number of calls to customer care also but nothing happened. I have also raised the same concern to their nodal officer too but no response. Was this information helpful? | |
