        I am Padmakumar.G, On April 4 there is a thunder and lightning on afternoon, there was nobody in home. When we came to home set of box and tv are not working. Then we checked with an electrician, he told me lightning came through cable and damaged HD STB and tv. Our tv also damaged, a huge lose. On 15 april complaint registered to Asianet customer care and technican told me to replace the HD STB with 1500rs or AMC charge 500rs( Refurbished product). Why could i pay the amount of stb. I called your Area manger also.

        I am an old customer of asianet, but they couldn't provide me new HD STB or Refurbished HD STB for replacement. I will not make any payment for this issue. This is not our fault. If you couldn't solve my issue on free payment otherwise we cancel this connection and go for consumer court for my tv repair charge. I have mailed to your higher authorities but till now no response. Please take necessary action...

            I have been calling many times to Elamakara Kochi ASianet office requesting for change in connection to another room and for converting to HD . Every time I call them I keep getting the response that someone will call back, which never happen . I’m a customer of ASianet Cable connection for past many years and the service we get in return is pathetic . Somebody please make sure to Calle and sort this

              Kindly disconnect my broadband connection as I am switching to my company-issued broadband connection. Please do the needful ASAP.
              I have already sent an email to the help desk as per the instructions of a customer service executive ([protected]@asisanetbroadband.com) and it's been more than a month.
              Tried contacting the customer care service many times, had to wait in a long queue to get the call connected. After telling the representative about the issue all they do is ask the sub code and disconnect the call. Right now I had received an SMS asking to pay 2000Rs as my broad band bill which was asked to disconnect a month ago.

                  Failure of Asianet Broadband Reconnection.

                  I applied for a reconnection of Asianet broadband, 5 days ago and have been calling them up and registered complaint thrice for giving the connection on emergency basis. There has been no response from their side inspite of calling them up for the same. Highly disappointed about the kind of response and service provided to the customers. Still hoping for an immediate response and reconnection at the earliest. Otherwise, i will have to prefer...

                      This complaint is regarding the serial Ammayariyathe that is airing on Asianet at the time slot of 7:30. The main problem is that the makers are avoiding the main lead of the serial ( Aleena and Ambadi). The combo scenes giving to them is very less compared to the others. The maker's are focusing on the side characters story which is very toxic and the audience are not interested in it. The rating of the serial was stable with 16+ points. But when they began to focus the toxic story of side characters the rating went down to below 14. So the maker's changed the story track suddenly with very interesting and thrilling episodes and the rating again become 16+. But the problem is that they again began to focus this side characters story and avoiding the main leads. Audience are not happy with the current track and that can be clearly seen from the YouTube comment box. This will surely effect the trp of the serial. Audience are requesting the makers to focus on the main plot and main leads.So I request you to take necessary action

                        I am a customer of Asianet broadband, Kerala. I have requested invoices many times to submit the invoice for my official purpose. They are always sending the wrong name even after the discussion with customer care. They promised call back and corrected invoices but nothing happened. I really don’t know what to do. I hope I can get an advise from this community.

                          I ordered an 100mbps connection on the first week of November 2021 and paid the amount the same week. They told me they can install the connection free of cost because of my plan and they took weeks and they haven't set up my connection. I got fed up and I have initiated a refund of 2450/-. It's been weeks since i initiated the refund. I contacted the customer service almost 3 times a week and still no use. I want this issue resolved ASAP

                              Hi This David MB. I would like to terminate my Asianet Broad Band connection. My subscriber Id is CN160332. I had sent mail regarding termination to Asianet. But posting complaint here since I didn’t get any communication from the concerned team regarding actual termination. I am worried about the payment that would have to be made even after my mail regarding termination on 01 Dec 2021.

                                Dear sir iam not using your broadband connection while you had given a latter shows returns of the modem how can it possible I have no modem with me, also iam not using this connection, it already disconnected, and your staff taken all thinks they needed it's happened more than five years ago, some missuesing is going on in my ID how ? Till the date please enquire properly also please close all the details of this ID also I had clear the all dues in your Palakkad office by cash

                                  I'm watching Swami Ayyappan serial on Hotstar which was telecasted on Asianet on 2006. You retelecasted the serial on Asianet Plus in 2017 and stopped it by middle in 109 episodes. Because of this, Hotstar uploaded only 109 episodes only. Now I'm in trouble. I want to see the full episodes of Swami Ayyappan. Can you please give the full episodes to Hotstar or ask them to upload the remaining episodes on Hotstar.
