Purchased asics running shoes on 29th august 2018 and really disappointed with quality. Mesh netting has worn out in few places and its' not even 5 months.
On 4th january 2019, i visited their select city saket retail outlet in delhi and gave them my shoes for exchange (Exchange form - 8883). I had to followup with them as there was no communication forthcoming from their end. On11th jan i got to know that my complaint has been rejected and the reason given is "wear and tear". This reason is invalid as i have been using the shoes for running/walking and the mesh net which is torn is on the top part of the shoe.
I have been given a defective product and now they are trying to cheat me by claiming that the damage is "wear and tear". This shoes cost me rs 6000 and the quality doesn't justify the price tag. And worst part is they don't even respond to customer grievances. This kind of service is totally unacceptable from an organization claiming to be quality conscious.

I want an exchange or please refund my money.
