Hello,
I have purchased a pair of shoes on 26th August 2022, Order NO: 25713509
I have not received it till 7th September. Its not even dispatched yet.
Many times contacted customer service help desk. Have escalated to Mr. Ambrash Kapoor (Head- Customer Service, Email: [protected]@asics.com)
Have not received response.
Looks like they are reluctant, kind of playing take the order and forget. Need guide on how to raise it to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
