This is in reference to my order with ASICS India (ID:[protected]. I had ordered shoes from ASICS India website and upon receiving, I tried the product. But I did not like the quality of the product and immediately placed a request to return the product. (All the original tags were attached).
The product was picked up but after some days I received the mail stating that I had used the product and that is why my return request has been rejected.
I had just tried the product and immediately raised the request to return the item. I have kept all the original tags attached as well.
And now they have sent back the product.
I have written over a dozen mail but my issue is not getting resolved. Was this information helpful? |
