Purchased asics running shoes on 29th august 2018 and really disappointed with quality. Mesh netting has worn out in few places and its' not even 5 months.

On 4th january 2019, i visited their select city saket retail outlet in delhi and gave them my shoes for exchange (Exchange form - 8883). I had to followup with them as there was no communication forthcoming from their end. On11th jan i got to know that my complaint has...

I had purchased 4 pairs of Asics Shoes in the last 6 months (4 Pcs Gel Kayano 29 and a pair of Gel Cumulus 24) in Mumbai. Unfortunately the Gel Cumulus developed a small hole in the upper net of the right leg in the month of February’23. We wanted to observe it a bit more and found the hole getting bigger. Finally took up the matter with the Asics Brand Shop at Linking Road in April’23. We were assured that the needful will be done and after follow up for over two weeks now we learn that the same can not be attended to.

Being an ardent user of Asics for over the last 5 years I an disappointed at the approach of Asics. This shoes has been used only for 2 months from the time we have purchased it. How can a reputed brand shoe develop such problem within a few months of purchase. This is a serious quality/manufacturing defect.

Looking forward to an early resolution.

I am a regular Asics shoes user and have been satisfied with the quality since the last many years.

Recently, the shoes which I bought around 8 months ago, I believe, the sole of the shoes has manufacturing issues. Sharing a few pics to help you understand the product quality. Not sure if this is the same original Asics brand we always buy or some duplicate available in the market with the same branding.

Very unhappy with the quality of the product and this has shaken the trust we have build on Asics brand.

This is in reference to my order with ASICS India (ID:[protected]. I had ordered shoes from ASICS India website and upon receiving, I tried the product. But I did not like the quality of the product and immediately placed a request to return the product. (All the original tags were attached).

The product was picked up but after some days I received the mail stating that I had used the product and that is why my return request has been rejected.

I had just tried the product and immediately raised the request to return the item. I have kept all the original tags attached as well.

And now they have sent back the product.

I have written over a dozen mail but my issue is not getting resolved.

I have not received it till 7th September. Its not even dispatched yet.

Many times contacted customer service help desk. Have escalated to Mr. Ambrash Kapoor (Head- Customer Service, Email: [protected]@asics.com)

Have not received response.

Looks like they are reluctant, kind of playing take the order and forget. Need guide on how to raise it to consumer court.

I had placed order online (order number[protected] on 26th August 2022, and today is 7th September. Yet the item is not dispatched. Contacted the customer care([protected]@asics.com) multiple times, but have not received any response. Have escalated to Mr. Ambrash Kapoor(Head- Customer Service)

Need advice on this

I have placed an order to Buy a pair of Shoes from Asics India on 22nd June, 2002 with order No.: 24508393, which was failed and payment for the same was deducted from my account, as the order was failed and payment got deducted I have raised a concern on their customer care no.:[protected] and asked to them to see timely refund which they assured me of and placed another order from the same website for the same product, and few days both order got dispatched even after repeated effort to stop the dispatch, one of their customer care executives have said I have refused their product on 30th June, 2022 and still waiting for the refund.
