I had purchased 4 pairs of Asics Shoes in the last 6 months (4 Pcs Gel Kayano 29 and a pair of Gel Cumulus 24) in Mumbai. Unfortunately the Gel Cumulus developed a small hole in the upper net of the right leg in the month of February’23. We wanted to observe it a bit more and found the hole getting bigger. I am a regular Asics shoes user and have been satisfied with the quality since the last many years.

Recently, the shoes which I bought around 8 months ago, I believe, the sole of the shoes has manufacturing issues. Sharing a few pics to help you understand the product quality. Not sure if this is the same original Asics brand we always buy or some duplicate available in the market with the same branding.

Very unhappy with the quality of the product and this has shaken the trust we have build on Asics brand.

This is in reference to my order with ASICS India (ID:[protected]. I had ordered shoes from ASICS India website and upon receiving, I tried the product. But I did not like the quality of the product and immediately placed a request to return the product. (All the original tags were attached).

The product was picked up but after some days I received the mail stating that I had used the product and that is why my return request...

I have not received it till 7th September. Its not even dispatched yet.

Many times contacted customer service help desk. Have escalated to Mr. Ambrash Kapoor (Head- Customer Service, Email: [protected]@asics.com)

Have not received response.

Looks like they are reluctant, kind of playing...
