I have placed an order to Buy a pair of Shoes from Asics India on 22nd June, 2002 with order No.: 24508393, which was failed and payment for the same was deducted from my account, as the order was failed and payment got deducted I have raised a concern on their customer care no.:[protected] and asked to them to see timely refund which they assured me of and placed another order from the same website for the same product, and few days both order got dispatched even after repeated effort to stop the dispatch, one of their customer care executives have said I have refused their product on 30th June, 2022 and still waiting for the refund.
