[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar.com — Philips qt4011/15 trimmer | |||||
Ordered a philips qt4011/15 trimmer on 21st Oct. I got it delivered on 29th Oct. Excited I was to open the package only to find that it was a defective product. The trimmer just wouldn't start even after I kept it for charging. I called up askmebazar.com only to be told that they would be refunding the amount in 13 working days. There is no replacement policy in place. There is no mail correspondence in place. You will have to call and follow up from time to time. It is a headache. What it also means is that the company holds my money without any interest levied on it. It was my first shopping experience on askmebazar.com. It was the worst online shopping experience I have had so far. Though the price was less(after applying coupon), I now realize the credibility of other competitors such as flipkart, amazon, etc. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Can you please name the seller also Pratik (whom you chose on the AskMeBazaar ), so that in future people would avoid that seller during purchases online
