[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Pathetic service form customer care/ delivery people | |||||
First I order and this is what was given by Askmebazar.com...!!! (GYS Heights, Plot-10 & 11, Tower C, Sector-125 Noida, India) Everytime my wife open her facebook account, she gets an ad from askmebazar.com for the dinner set. She use to show the same each and everytime to me. So I thought of giving her surprise by ordering the same for her. I order the same on 7 th of feb and product reach my nearest hub on 11th. I called customer care to expetide the delivery and deliver the product before 14th Feb or request to deliver on same day itself, as it is a valentines day gift for my wife. As per customer agent who doesn't have a quality of customer service repeatedly keep saying that it will get delivered in 10 Working days. he didn't understand my query at all so I have to disconnect the call. Later again I call to request for the same a lady who picked up the call tried to forward a request but it doesn't make any difference and the product was delivered on 16th Feb. Secondly, the delivery boys come to deliver the product and called my wife to come out till Main road as they can't drive there vehicle till my door step. Bigbasket, amazon and flipkart brings can deliver the product to doorstep but for askmebazar its not possible..Is that correct ??? Delivery executive was told that there is no take care of my two year kid so my wife requested him to deliver the product till building gate. But delivery was so nice who says we will not be able to come to doorstep, come and pick up the product. My wife has to call my nerady and have to handover my kid to them and went to get the product. After accepting the delivery, once she reached home and opened the package. She was very excited to have the product but unfortunately when she checked properly, 12 veg bowl was missing and the lid of the rice bowl was broken. I again called customer care to replace the product as it was liked by my wife. Agents told me that it can't be exchanged, however a complain was raised but they don't have complain Id to provide and ask to wait for 13 working days for the reverse pick up and refund. Do you think customers needs to wait for 13 working days for refund? Then what is the meaning of surprise Gift ? Or what is the meaning of Gift ? CAN ANYONE CAN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ? According to me ticket was already raised and all the details were provided.
Also product was picked up more than 5 Working days and still amount was not refunded. Please have a look and revert back asap.
