[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Frauds cheating consumers & dumping crap products | |||||
My compliant reg no.QRC20462; Purchased Micromax mobile through NDD(Next day delivery option at chennai). Received phone with a delay of 2 days (Doesn't matter). Immediately opened and connected charger. After 5 minutes, I tried switching it on, but I could not. Then left for another 5 minutes. Tried switching it on again, I couldn't succeed. Understood it is a defective product. Called the customer care and raised complaint in a matter of 15 minutes of material receipt. I received complaint req no and I thought I will have answer to it, but after chasing for next 2 days, understand that this ASKMEBAZAAR doesn't have any replacement policy and they asked me to get in touch with Micromax service centre. Customers purchase mobiles through online because they dont find time to visit nearby shops and chose the right one. But New mushrooms like "Askmebazaar" spoils the spirit of "Online shopping" and inturn it makes me to salute "FLIPKART" & "AMAZON" in this sense as customers are protected by replacement policy.
