Ordered for Lenovo G50(80L000HRIN) Notebook on 5.10.15 & paid for same for Rs. 17250 via online transaction from my debit card.
Received immediate SMS confirmation of order no. AFB 2445077.
on 10.10.15 received SMS regarding cancellation of order without citing any reason & refund within 3-5 days
Called customer care on 12.10.15 to enquire about reason of cancellation. was informed by your executive abour product being out of stock
When the was not in stock, why it was offered at all, why your website insisted on full advance payment, why it took 5 days to cancel the order when you didn't have the product & last why it's taking too much time to refund when you don't intend to send the product.
