I have purchased an item with the Order Id: DGA8401065 and there is no response till date. Do not know where to check the status. sent them many mails but no responses. do make your service transparent!! If it is fraud, please ban the site, why should people fall in this trap!! As per the information, your order is in the process. The delivery of the product takes up to 10 working days. Since you've ordered on 15-12-15, request you to wait for another 3-4 working days.

Dear Sir, Askmebazaar- on line cheating site:BEWARE
I ordered for 5-in-1 Air sofa from Ask me bazaar and received the item for which I paid Rs.2500/- Cash(COD). On filling the sofa with Air I found that the sofa is damaged and air leaks out of the Air Sofa-cum-bed and the product is not usable. Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaarcom/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail. After this to review the progress of my complaint I was constantly logging in to the ticket area of askmebazaar/support/ticket/31456 and view for further updates. The site was showing "Processing" even after 2 weeks. Then I became anxious and contacted their customer care no.[protected]. I was told that they don't know anything about the complaint ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer support team is different. When I requested for the ticket team's phone number they could n't provide it. They told me to wait for 10 working days and assured me not to worry. Then I was checking in the ticket site for updates. Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint "stating whether I am happy with the resolution of the complaint" . I was shocked to read this since they have not done anything to solve the complaint nor refunded
my money. When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket by filling all mandatory columns. I couldn't understand the reason for this since my earlier ticket contained all the details including my Bank details. So as per their direction a new ticket was done in their support site and I am provided with ticket no. 38454. Every day I use to check the status. The status was showing "Processing" all these days." Then there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated. For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contained all details regarding my Bank A/c. After that their site shows that "Awaiting my response.". I am unable to understand what response they require from me since I have provided all the details including my Bank a/c. details. So I mailed to them regarding their site error. Then I understood that they are simply prolonging the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. However I was checking the ticket site for further updates. On day surprisingly I noticed that these unscrupulous people have closed the 2nd ticket also without redressing my complaint. I protested against these closure of tickets and raised a series of tickets in their support with ticket Nos. 38461, 38462, 41836, 41835, 41833, 41832, 41828, 41827,[protected], 42900, 42899, 42863, 44121, 44191, 43713... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue.
I reviewed this cheating site highlighing my bad experience with Askmebazaar in mouthshut and consumercomplaints. It is surprising to note that this unscrupulous askmebazaar has responded to my review apologing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. On scrutiny of various complaint against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have responded similarly without solving their issues by pretending &responding in a positve manner. Dear buyers and product viewers. Pl. understand that askmebazaar is a customer cheating site. They have dump of spurious and damaged products, which they want to sell by colourful advertisements and offering huge discounts etc. I appeal to all not to fall prey to these ads. Once you pay, your money is lost. The customer support team consist of a team of cheaters who know pretty well how to cheat and how to earn profit at the cost of others. My experience with on-line purchase from on line stores like shopclues, amazon, flipcart, Lot of stock and other TV ad sites like telebuys is that the customer support team is very friendly, very quick in response and the TAT(Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in askmebazaar is very much indifferent, we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action and finally we would realise that they have cheated us. Pl. don't go by their resolution wording such as "To have better insight to your complaint raise another ticket in our support...", "we apologise for the delay and have taken up your case seriously", "your refund is in process and soon you would receive.." all these are false responses given by this cheating team. If anybody has received one paise back from this cheating site pl. respond for my information and noting for my records.
In my experience they have closed the First Main ticket 31456 dt.[protected] and subsequent tickets raised with nos. 38454, 38461, 462... and so on without solving the issue and refunding the money. Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money lost more than a month back.
