[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — samsung power bank

This is Kumar Balajee and i am facing problem in samsung power bank, i have already complaint on [protected] but there is no any response in previous 10 to 15 days.

My Old- Complain Number is(QRC245400)and new & today complain number is(QRC328416).

This mail is regarding a refund request which has been placed by me on behalf of Mr. Anurag Awasthi (Complaint No: QRC 402212). Despite repeated interactions with your customer care executives we have not received the mentioned refund amount till date. This is a matter of severe concern to us as it has been more than a month now.

We would like to intimidate you since the deadline for receiving the payment was 12th May 2015 (as per the assurance given by your representatives) we will henceforth be proceeding to take necessary legal action against your fraudulent practices.

I bought a samsung power bank 9000mah from askmebazaar.com. I have found that it is not the genuine product.They have sold me fake product and they after complaining say that they can not help me.
9000mah power bank gives experience like 100mah.
Please help me out of this.

I ordered Samsung 9000 mAh Power, and it is not working properly, even when i charge it fully and connect it in my phone, its geting so much heat and getting melted and now itz not working the full charge on power bank is reducing fastly but mobile is not getting charged. Please do the need full as soon earliest to replace that one..so please arrange call bank me urgently

Refund never processed

I've ordered a RedMi powerbank. It took 2 weeks for delivery and it never worked. I asked for a replacement and they took 4 painful calls and 4 weeks to take the product back and I never heard from them again.
