[Resolved]  Aspire Home Finance Corporation Limited — Religare insurance policy issued by said company

My wife and me as a co-applicant has taken a home loan from said company from chandrapur branch for rs. 5 lakhs. Against this loan the branch issue us religare insurance health policy i. E. Assure2 policy no. 10788609 & care freedom plan1 policy no. 10790231 of worth rs. 26835/- for 3 yrs. As signing the said policy i told them that is pure health policy and we have already health policy from icici prulife i. E. Policy no. 12516179 and 16808699. But the branch said this religare policy is different form icici prulife policy. When i issued religare policy & read it, i confirm it was pure health policy. And i confirm from religare company also. I asked aspire chandrapur branch the religare is health policy and i have already once. So you issued me general insurance. I given a letter on dt. 27.10.2016 also. But the branch just time pass till now. I made a email to aspire head office at email [protected]@ahfcl.com and also to [protected]@nbh.org for many times. But they also not responding. I also compliant to nagpur branch on email id vivek. [protected]@ahfcl.com. He also not responding. I drop a speed post letter to aspire head office and to national housing bank on dt. 18.5.2017. But till date they not answer it.
As per my knowledge one cannot claim to more than one company for one incident at a same time. This agree by the religare company also. Therefore, i asked aspire company issued me general insurance. But they deny me demand. Sir, here is request asked the aspire home finance company to return my policy amount of rs. 26835/-
