Booking- 12/02/17, id -ASTHI-170883, docket No- EI[protected]IN, desp date- 14/02/17 by India Post. I am in Delhi and ordered this for my uncle in Odisha, mob No- [protected]. After using no benefit found. On day one contacted you about use, used for weeks, got nil benefit. Contacted several times {fm above mob No. o[censored]ncle}, for refund but no fruit. With reference to my complaint dated today, some Rahul Saxena (mob no. [protected]- Airtel) rang up asking bank card details which he was not supposed to do. Further, he said the amount can be refunded only thru some voucher from corporate a/c not thru rtgs/neft to my a/c. What is this? Seems to be fraud. Kindly opine & suggest remedy.
