[Resolved]  Astroyogi.com — Refund Issue | Worst Service/Support Ever

I initially installed the app after seeing an Ad that said get your first consultation for 1rs. After I installed the app, I recharged with 200rs thinking if the first consultation goes well I can continue with more consultations. But turned out that I should have done my first recharge with only 1rs to avail that offer. Once I got to know this from the support team I asked for a refund as the main purpose was to test the app with the 1rs consultation first.

I was initially told I will get my refund in 24 hours. I called back the next day and was told it will take 2 more days and then I waited the entire week and got no refund. I called the following week on a Monday and was told I will get the refund by 2:30 PM the same day or by next day max. I waited again and now it is Thursday, almost 10 days since I asked for my money.

The support team is the worst, no chat option and only call option. Same people answer the call and disconnect the call in 1 second without even speaking. What kind of a support is this?? I have all the screenshots and proofs of all the conversation. I have also emailed several times and the issue was marked as resolved even before I got the refund????? Like seriously?

Are we donating money to you guys???? Call me ASAP or resolve my issue ASAP.
