Dear Ranmeet,

We would like to inform you that, as per our records, your last transaction was made in March 2022. Following that, a balance of ₹21 has remained in your account, and no further transactions have been recorded.

As per our refund policy, refunds to the original payment method are not permitted. Additionally, any refund request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Since your request is being raised after more than three years, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your refund.
