On 16th Jan I wanted to urgently consult ASTROYOGI astrologer Manoj Dwivedi as I was outside India so I made a brief call to the call center and asked them to direct me as I did not have international roaming on my India no.
They told me to recharge my account and change my location to the country I was and I could consult. I paid 600/- for the call initially as call charges to the customer care. However after recharging 3 times 12 usd each also I could not connect to the astrologer. It kept saying you have insufficient balance though wallet showed a balance 36$. I made 3 calls to customer care and they kept saying it would be resolved.
Suddenly I noticed the balance became 30 usd. I called again for full refund for 36 usd and wrote several mails. The support kept saying request has been resolved and that I am offline though I was not.
After couple of days they say they have deducted 6 usd for some previous balance in August which is not possible as the moment the balance drops to Rs 10-15/- the call gets cut from their end so credit balance is not possible.
They also said they will reatin 6 usd for no reason and refund 24 usd after 8-10 days.
I wish to register a complain of harassment. As i have not got refund of 36usd till date and also spent 4628/- calling their customer care 4-5 times for refund and explaining them each time my issue.
The y should refunf my entire 36 usd as i do not wish to consult anyone from their platform if they have such malpractices. I also want them to refund my vodafone charges of 4628/- which have been additionally incurred by me due to their malpractice.
my complains have gone unanswered and I have told them I will compain and give an adverse review to their platform
