Asus India — Asus laptop tuf f17 motherboard problem

I bought this laptop trusting a brand called Asus. I have been taking my laptop to the service center for over 30 days.
The service center says that the motherboard is compliant and that it will take a while to arrive, but it has been waiting for 30 days for it to arrive, which is very difficult for me as a consumer. My work has been pending for over a month. I work for a company and all my data is on that laptop. A decision needs to be taken as soon as possible.
