[Resolved]  Asus India — Deregistration of products from one account and registration to another.

I have been very patient with asus regarding my request to transfer the registered product from one account to another. It's been more than two weeks now and no action has been taken. We have completed all the prerequisite conditions requested by the asus through their representatives. This is my last time requesting Asus co. for the redressal of the request I have made. If no action is taken within upcoming days, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint in all courts, tribunals, and forums for redressal against Asus co. and all the representatives which contacted me and Mr. Rishab Srivastava.

I am Advocate Toshit Srivastava, practicing as an advocate based in Delhi. I have been contacting Asus co. for more than two weeks for a simple de-registration of products from one account and registering into another account. my products are in warranty and i have all the purchase documents related to the same. All they have done is reply same mail again and again and no action has been taken after calling and emailing for multiple times, now they have stop replying to me. I have given all the prerequisite documents which the Asus through their representatives asked for but still no action has been taken. Instead of redressing my issue, they are mocking me to send a message that the company will do anything they want and consumers cannot do anything about it. I humbly request you to take this matter and addressed it on urgent basis. The representatives of Asus co. i received mail from: 1. Akash Khairnar, 2. Zubair, 3. Kundan Panwar, 4. Aabhas.
