Asus have very poor customer service. Got a FOTA update on Asus Maxpro M2. After updating it. The phone's motherboard crashed and it never started. Now, they're asking 11K for the motherboard. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 21, 2020 Updated by rahulkgp Asus has very poor customer service. Got a FOTA update on Asus Maxpro M2. After updating it. The phone's motherboard crashed and it never started. Now, they're asking 11K for the motherboard. I have got to know that they have some bug in their 0.73 update. Due to this a lot of phone have got similar issue.
