I had purchased asus zenfone 3 laser mobile @ 19000/- from flip-kart in the month of nov -2016. My mobile is not working from the month of september -2017 and handed over to authorized service center, vizag of pvm tech services. He repaired and replace some parts and given, within a day problem (Incoming voice call drop) was repeated. Same informed and again handed over to sc. Like this happened 5 times. Now we don't have believeness on mobile service. Hence i am asking for replacement or credit note.
