I purchased asus laptop on 2nd march 2020 and till date unable to use properly.
4 months delay in sending product key.
Hard disk corrupted. All official important data lost.
Service is quite poor.
Customer care didnot pick phone.
Service center team don't behave good to customer - chd 22a
Totally harrassment for a customer to purchase any product of asus.

Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today its third working day I complained regarding ASUS LAPTOP. But yet no call from any where received.
Its is seriously very poor service.My laptop is completely dead.Either send employee to check or i will sue in consumer court in next 24 hrs.
