I have bought asus zenbook ux430ua 2 months back...On the very first day it showed battery not detected.It took 2 3days for it to be resolved...
10days back...12/10/2020...the notebook again showed the same issue...This time taking it to the service centre..It took 10days to get repaired...23/10/2020...
But now the backlight keyboard is not working...
Its been complaint ever since i bought it...

    Hello,

    I have had to make at least 4 trips to the Asus service centre, starting from within a month of buying a Asus 6z mobile phone when the motherboard crashed suddenly and they had to replace it. After that there has been a camera issue and a sound issue that they are unable to resolve.

    I have a Asus 6Z Phone (Serial No K6AIGF004133ELZ). It is still under warranty. The phone has been giving be trouble from the very beginning and I have made multiple trips to your Service Centre from within a month of purchasing the same:
    Visit 1: Phone went blank; so they said they replaced the motherboard as the motherboard was defective
    Visit 2: Phone camera not flipping at all
    Visit 3: Phone camera not flipping sometimes

    Even after the visits the camera does not flip once in a while. So if I flip it 5 times, say 1 out of 5 times it does not flip.

    I have also told them during these visits that the sound of the phone is crackling; they are unable to do anything about this.

    I have also spoken with Asus call centre executives about this multiple times. The last call was on Oct 16 (Case ID A[protected]). Alok tried to help me by performing some tests online. I did all those, but still the problem persists. In my last visit, the service centre executive suggested that I may want to reset the phone to factory setting. It 'MAY' solve the problem. It may not.

    Alok said he will get a senior to call me back within 72 hours to fix the problem and advise what to do next. 72 hours have passed; no one has called. I even wrote to Asus, and they sent a standard response saying 'they will reply'. No one has written to be.

    What is going on? This is too much of trouble, especially for a phone that they claim to be a flagship phone. It is very very frustrating to be wasting time like this. I need a permanent solution to this before the warranty runs out. If they cannot find a solution, they need to replace the phone or return the money. This phone piece is certainly a defective piece; why will the motherboard fail within one month otherwise?

    If a permanent solution is not found quickly, I will have to claim for damages, mental trauma and man-hours lost, which has run into thousands of rupees.

      Well i brought my laptop two months ago and its been the second time my laptop is turing off while using...At the first time when i had this issue i contacted the service center from where i brought the lap.. and they had solved this issue... after two weeks i came with this issue again... is it because of this product or.. any other...

        Its been just 2months that i have bought a new Asus zenbook UX 430ua.On the very first day the laptop Showed an issue of "battery not detected".Taking it back to the service centre, they promised for a replacement but still gave the same system with the issue solved.Within weeks the system again showed the same issue of "battery not detected" or charging to "200%".I have filed the complaint many times but Asus paid no attention to it.

          I bought the ASUS rog laptop on 2nd oct 2020. From the next morning it started switching off continuously and battery is draining very fast. I have checked by charging it to 100 percent and started, same issue happened again. I tried by using it on normal table, on lap, on sofa machine showing same issue.

          I have bought the laptop for exam purpose but I couldn't even use it, I have mailed to customer care([protected]@asus.com) but they want screenshot of the issue. How can I give them screenshot as laptop is switching off randomly. I cant hold the phone for video all day long to capture the issue. its been more than 1 week still nobody from asus end cares about resolution. How could ASUS QA team miss this issue.

            I brought new Laptop Asus VivoBook15 few days before. But whenever I put it for charging. It is not allowed or not shows more than 79% battery .So can you please help me out to resolved my concern

              I am so upset with ASUS and the service center team with no update or reply. My phone is with the service center for more than 8 working days now submitted with them on 29th sept 2020 such a long timeline to fix my phone has forced me to buy another phone as in today's world it's impossible to live without mobile. I was planning to buy a ROG laptop but with this experience from ASUS and the service center I bought a mobile from a different brand and will not buy any of your products and will share this experience with all of my friends. I am so upset I can't tell you and the service center behaves like they are doing favour to us and does not answer properly. I will file a formal complaint against the same and I had lot of ASUS products but this would be the last one. I will make sure no of from my contact buys your products as you after sales support is pathetic.

                I have given the mobile for the battery issue since 1.5 month and they told that they will give in one week.after that if we try to call them they were not reponding properly sometime the number will be switched off.if we go to the service center they will send us like saying that they will give it tommorow and we if we go there either the shop will be closed or they send us like that only.
                we have given the mobile on 31-aug-2020
                and we have paid 4150 and in that we have given 1750 in cash mode and 2600 using g-pay

                  To begin with I have purchased an Asus Notebook S430FA on 1st March 2020. This Laptop was purchased for the sole purpose of work, assignments, research, and providing connectivity to my knowledge and personal data. Not only I just bought it, I fought with the team for more than a month to get its warranty extended. On top of that, I recommended 2 of my friends to buy this so-called awesome product and converted them to Asus customer.
                  Well, it turned out that all my trust and excitement were laid down when I just thought of writing this email today. Since 1st September'2020 the above said Asus laptop started malfunctioning and I literally was unable to use it smoothly (All my conversations with the team and my follow-ups are attached herewith).

                  Asus Service team turned up and an engineer visited the place on 11th September 2020 & inspected the laptop.
                  He mentioned the system motherboard is at fault there is something strange and they would order the part. I insisted the engineer to replace the product as it's motherboard is at fault and I would not like to use the faulty product at all. On follow up with the team after a week, they said parts have arrived we would need to pick up the laptop for service to which I agreed. On 19th September 2020, the same engineer visited and said they would replace the parts. After continuous and daily follow-ups, I figured out the parts was still not available and the laptop is kept stale. I requested to get it done early as it's the only source for my bread and butter.

                  Today I am writing this to officially say that there is no update whatsoever and now I have decided to buy a new product as this situation has hampered me a lot. I am literally wasting my time, energy, and most importantly money on such a goddam product who started malfunctioning within just 5-6 months of purchase.
                  Pathetic product, Pathetic Service.
                  It has surpassed more than 1 month that I am suffering because of this laptop for which my work and personal works are gone for a toss.
                  I request the Asus Team to please refund the money I spent on this laptop and it's the extended warranty. Apart from this, I have literally suffered a loss of time, and many backlogs at my work unnecessary for none of my fault. I need by hard-earned money back.

                  Issues Observed :
                  1. Laptop shuts down completely as soon as we put the device on charge. (It literally means I need to sleep when laptop charges.)
                  2. Laptop Charging light turns on as soon as the device flap is closed.
                  3. Laptop front Bazzel pops out / loosen out

                    I Logged A First Complain About Keyboard Not Working On 24.July 2020.But Till Now They Are Not Able Fix That Issue. Before 1 Month I Got Laptop With No Display Issue Back And After That They Haven't Return Me My Laptop Till Date 10.October 2020. I Called Service Centre, Service Head, Area Sale Manager, Distributor But No Luck.

                      I had purchased ASUS X512FA -FJ547T(sr no-K6N0CV08Y361256) NOTEBOOK ON dated 11.11.2019.After that several problem faced by me, Two time lodge problem & first replaced SSD then Keyboard respectively, RMA no-INH3L80149 & INH3L90151.During this problem laptop was dead for two month as parts not available at service centre .So, within one year warranty lost two month for time taken by service. If within one year 2 times problem found then coming 2-3 year how many problem will be arise??????????
                      That’s why my humble request to you recover my warranty which lost by service 2(two) month & extend another 2 year warranty as soon as possible. Kindly let me know the details for warranty extension.

                        I purchased the above product on thru Reliance Retail Limited (Online Purchase) on 25th August, 2020. The website showed this product cost at Rs.30, 499 with a promo offer of MS office at Rs.999. This combined proposal was what interested me about this product over the other brands with similar configuration.

                        The product was delivered promptly to my residence on the second day of placing the order. When I first logged in to claim the promo offer on the MS office I was informed that on payment of Rs.999 the product will be delivered by the 27th September, which is one month from the date of the purchase.

                        I logged a complaint about this to Asus, but there was no response to my email.

                        On 28th September, 2020 since I had not received the MS office programme I sent a reminder to Asus and then another reminder on 30th September, to which I received a response from Asus stating that MS office ticket number has been sent to my email ID. I imemdiately responded to this email on the same day stating that no such email with the ticket number (login code) for MS office was received. THERE WAS NO RESPONCE TO MY EMAIL.

                        I SENT ANOTHER REMINDER ON 5TH OCTBER, AGAIN THERE IS NO RESPONCE.

                        I am really frustrated by this deficiency in the product that was delivered, without the promised promo offer. I regret the fact that I decided for the first time in my life to buy a Asus product and decision which I am regretting, with the kind of response that I am getting I can only imagine the horrific experience I would have if I have to use this companies after sales service.

                        I would like that this information is relayed to the higher ups in the company for a suitable solution in this matter.

                            Again complain lodge on dated 8/9/20 RMA NO-INH3L90151, SERVICE NO-A[protected] but till not resolve. I don't know when it will resolve. Have I mistake to believe or purchase ASUS Laptop. Within 8 month many problem getting from laptop & disturbing during my work .

                                Dear asus team,
                                I purchased asus router rt-ac66u-b1 (Serial number: kaif0z000698) on 20/july/2020,
                                1st day, i am facing a problem in this router (Poor signal range, not connect, and disconnect related). But, i have ignored it. Because, it's new. I thought this would be due to the setting. It endured for 12 days. This time was very painful for me. Whenever i sit for office work it is not connected, no matter how much you click. And then connect the neighbor's net.
                                When i connect with vpn. Automatically router connection will be disconnected. After that, the asus router did not connect, after so many clicks. I am connected to the neighbouring connection which is made by tenda. It's better than asus.
                                After that, i talk to asus customer care

                                1.in asus router takes time to get power on
                                2. Over heating issue in router
                                3.in asus router signal strength issue and connection drop issue
                                4. Wifi signal is often disconnected
                                5. It quickly disconnects when the vpn is connected and does not connect again.

                                Conclusion: please replace my product. Because, i have spent a painful days on this product. After a big amount of money is spent.

                                  My laptop speaker is not working i went to f1 services in nehru place he said come the next day then again come the next day and then again next week i am frustrated for not getting a service i also called for onsite help first time on 2nd september and since then i have called you a thousand times and also mailed you but no reply has been observed from your home visit technician i want to get my laptop repaired it is waste of time my money and also it is a harassment for a person i will not recommend your products. Also since day one a strip of led is working a little out of the whole keyboard which i have been told was normal which is not since my other friends also use laptops with led and none of their laptops have an odd light strip in their keyboards. If i will not get the service i shall lodge a fir against mental and physical harassment

                                    Asus zenfone stuck on logo after system update. Now service centre staff is saying there is chances to dead. Asus only has sent system update and beacuse of that this problem occur.

                                      As complaint registered on 1st september 2020 for the replacement of laptop speakers. 2 weeks passed service center is not picking up the call nor customer care executive taking it seriously. Every time they are giving excuses that the complaint has been forwarded to the upper team.
