My laptop speaker is not working i went to f1 services in nehru place he said come the next day then again come the next day and then again next week i am frustrated for not getting a service i also called for onsite help first time on 2nd september and since then i have called you a thousand times and also mailed you but no reply has been observed from your home visit technician i want to get my laptop repaired it is waste of time my money...

Asus zenfone stuck on logo after system update. Now service centre staff is saying there is chances to dead. Asus only has sent system update and beacuse of that this problem occur....

As complaint registered on 1st september 2020 for the replacement of laptop speakers. 2 weeks passed service center is not picking up the call nor customer care executive taking it seriously. Every time they are giving excuses that the complaint has been forwarded to the upper team....

Myasus laptop's (Model no.: gl553vd) screeen is showing a horizotal (Pink) line at the centre from yesterday. I opened it on yesterday's afternoon and suddenly this issue arrives. Plz help me to resolve this issue....

I availed of asus promo offer at the end of may 2020. Out of the goodies that i opted for, i am yet to receive the 1tb hdd that was promised and i paid for even after more than 100 days now.
The customer care is pathetic. No one ever picks up calls on the customer care number. And no one even responds to emails.
Please resolve this issue soon....

I did not get my ms office licence key till now. Ill do a lot of emails to assus supoort email id but their is no response regarding this.

Ill call on the service number but no one is response.
Ill totally irritate from it.
Asus service toooooooo worst. I never buy any single product from it....

New laptop - fx505dy having freezing issue.

- twice been to service centre for repair in chandigarh - f1
- engineer are not able to identify the issue and also not ready to resolve the issue
- every time change of os and hard reboot is the solution they have given, for which i have to go to them
- this is absolute waste of money, time, loss of data and unnecessary visits to unprofessional servvice centre...

My prime h270 started giving problem in july 2020. The hdd ports on the motherboard are completely dead now. I had purchased this product on 15/11/2019, and registered on asus website. Due to travel restrictions i am unable to reach out the service centre. Hence i need a possible solution from asus india to be able to get a replacement/repair for my motherboard....

Full description of the incident: this is regarding asus back to school offer. Initial registration was done on 29th july at asuspromo.in and i received a response on 6th august asking for some additional details. Then i uploaded those details on the site (Asuspromo.in) on that very day itself and they were supposed to revert back within 10 working days. Still there's no response from them.
