I bought their flagship model phone almost 2 years back and I had multiple complaints back to back. During first year, the phone rejected my sim card and as it was under my warranty period it was repaired.
Recently on 25/04/2023 I summited my phone to the service center as my wifi and hotspot was not working all of a sudden.
They checked and replaced my board as it was some board issue and received my phone on 28th at Chennai, f1 solutions.
I checked my phone on that day and every thing was working fine until today. All of a sudden my vibrator started acting funny and stooped working half day.
As a flag ship phone over 50, 000 rs, The issues building up is absolutly ridicules. Every time it is not possible to give the phone to the service centres and wait for a week and spend money out of my pocket. Build quality should be not this bad for a flagship level phone.

    I am writing to you regarding the laptop that I purchased from your website on 25th September 2022, with the serial number M7NRCX00R786268, which was delivered to me on 29th September 2022. Unfortunately, I have been facing a persistent issue with the laptop screen flickering for the past 7 months.

    I have contacted the ASUS service team multiple times to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, they have not been able to fix it. I have tried everything that they have suggested, but the problem still persists. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration, as I have not been able to use my laptop properly for the past few months.

    Given the length of time that I have been experiencing this issue, I do not want any further attempts at repair. I would like to request a replacement for my laptop with a new one that is free from any defects or issues. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the situation.

    I would appreciate it if you could process my request as soon as possible. Please let me know if there is any further information that you require from me to expedite this process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

        I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the repeated issue that my daughter, Anika Saxena, is facing with her Asus laptop. My daughter is a student at VIT Vellore, and as a student, her laptop is an essential tool for her academic work. The repeated issue with the laptop has caused significant inconvenience, distress, and has severely affected her academic performance, which is also disturbing her mental health.

        Despite receiving the laptop back after repair on 17th April, my daughter encountered the same problem again on 19th April, just after two days of the repair. This issue has already caused her significant data loss, and it has become a matter of great concern for me and my family. It is evident that the repairs are not providing a permanent solution to the problem, and my daughter's studies are being significantly impacted.

        As a concerned parent, I strongly urge you to consider the logical conclusion that a replacement laptop is the only viable solution to address this issue. My daughter cannot afford to have her laptop malfunctioning repeatedly, which is causing her mental stress and anxiety. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take prompt action to resolve this matter by providing a new laptop at the earliest.

          I recently purchased the laptop from an authorised store of the brand. It is Asus tuf a15, the laptop has display and flickering issues, it has not been even a month since I purchased. I had reported the issue to the company and the customer care as soon I noticed, but they are not replacing the laptop instead they are reparing continuously everyday saying some or the other reason without fixing. This is a serious exploitation of the customer. Asus being the renowned brand and is not giving a proper resolution and it is a huge amount of 55000.

            I recently changed the battery in warranty but after 3month again the battery is damaged and heating problem started . So i visited asus service center again nd they said that your battery has to be changed so i asked them so what's about heating they said they check it only after when they put new battery in it .. I said that before ordering new battery why they are not checking what is the main cause of heating if it is battery then remove the battery and check it with power plug that it is heating or not but they didn't listen at last I ordered to purchase battery... Nd when I asked that why the battery issue coming again nd again so mam is saying that you are overcharging may be i said no so she saying that how they believe they are not looking us in home.

              Repair Service and parts unavailability at location

              I have purchased an laptop 1 year before warranty expired. As aim an working person my daily work is on laptop. I can give it to service center to hold on for repair. I have requested for at home service. They are not appointing service saying servicing location not under area. And telling I have to give my laptop for servicing at centre and they will take 7-8 days time will keep the laptop.

              Worst after sales service. Not having...

              Hi Team,

              There is not a day that passes without me regretting my decision to buy ASUS gaming laptop.

              I wish I could go back in time and opt for a MacBook.

              I had issue with my display, where the screen suddenly turned black.

              I have a dedicated setup, where my laptop never moves an inch.
              There is not a chance that the laptop faced any external damage, as its stationary as a rock.

              While editing my travel videos suddenly the laptop screen went off.

              1. Now my concern is what is the point of purchasing 2.5 lakh worth of State of an art machine, and not getting the display repaired even after having the Warranty.

              2. The service technician visited, Inspected the laptop externally, and did not find any external damage, then he dis-assembled the laptop screen, and found some internal mark on the screen which even he was not sure that it could be an external damage.
              They took a call, and to minimize the risk they called the case as a screen damaged, which is not to be covered under warranty.

              Now please tell me, why should I be the one to suffer, When I did put my trust on ASUS product, and preferred it over MacBook pro or even MSI. I request you to please sort it out.

                  The laptop suddenly turned off as I was still working on it and i have submitted the laptop immediately to the service centre.

                  The service centre rejected my warranty to repair my laptop as they found certain damages on the SSD slot 2.

                  I don't agree to these damages, as they are clearly not caused by me. I will not bare any expenses for this service from my end.

                  The damage on the SSD slot is so minor that it's not even visible to naked eye properly.

                  How can that be damaged by the customer, when for every technical installments of new SSD was done at your service centre itself.

                  The removal and installation of SSD was also done at your service centre itself. For every small issue I have submitted my laptop to your service centre, starting from Graphic card driver issue, installation of new SSD and replacement of the faulty keyboard.

                  There are no external physical damages on the laptop and i don't understand how internal SSD slot 2 was damaged. The SSD slot was installed by your service centre itself.

                  It could be that minor physical damage could be caused by your technical engineer who installed it and removed it multiple time during my service visits to your service centre. You cannot push this on the customers who have no idea on internal components and who submitted the laptop to your service centre for every small service.

                  Please escalate this points from your end, as I am not satisfied by your response on this issue.

                    Since from the beginning i had purchased the laptop, i am facing problem of screen flickering issue for this i went to the seller but they said you will be getting service from the centre as 7 days have been passed. When i visited the first time for service centre they received the laptop with the RMA no. INF6NB0047 on 2/11/2022 solution provided replaced the display
                    but my issue not resolved 2nd time submitted the laptop with the same RMA no. INF6NB0047 they received it within 7 days they returned saying issue resolved it was software issue.
                    Again after 12-15 days same issue faced submitted 3rd time RMA no. INF6NC0287 received it after 7days saying issue resolved OS had been reloaded & working fine.Then again 4th time same problem again new RMA no. INF6R10102 after 12 days received back by saying its working fine as its a software issue and we have consulted the MS office team and got resolved. And now 5th time i have got the same problem after a month what shall i do all time i cant visit to service center and submit my laptop for the same issue and they are denying for a stand by also i have purchased for the job which i am facing very problem to manage my work. Kindly help me out from the problem, i need a permanent solution or need to replace the laptop.

                      I visited a ASUS service center to raise a issue with my A15 model laptop, they told me to factory reset the laptop first then afterwards told me to wait for 1 hr and rejected to keep laptop in service center, rudely reponseded take your laptop and come back after one hour. i quietly took my laptop and never return back. pls take action against such careless worker .

                          I bought a Rog phone 5s from Flipkart on June 2022.The air triggers stopped working from last month. But, when I checked the IMEI, I found out that they have sent a ROG PHONE 5 in the box of ROG PHONE 5s.
                          I have paid lot of money and they have sent me an old phone with the new name.

                          Even the box has mentioned as rog 5s with the Imei. But the device is rog 5.

                            I bought a new monitor bearing Sl. No. M3LMQS395917 on Dec 31st, 2022. It took me time to set up the new PC and get all my games running. It took me time to realise that gsync is not working since it is not possible to find out by naked eye easily.

                            Later when i saw in settings of nvidia control panel, i realised that it was showing that monitor is not gsync compatible as claimed in the website of asus product desciption.

                            I informed my dealer immediately and he raised the complaint after 4 days on 12th Jan bearing reference number INR1R10359. SURPRISINGLY ASUS IS NOT REPLACING THE DEFECT PRODUCT

                                with lots of difficulty my parents bought me laptop but within 2 months there is issues in the laptop when asked to replace the reply was we cannot replace it as replacement warrantee is only for 2 days. the company provider person comes and solve the issues again the another issues arises. in almost a year the external Ram, Motherboard, battery, coolant applied for 2 times has been replaced after that my issues resolved. again my mouse has stopped working. every month we have to call company person for issues. when complained to higher authorities they ask to call customer care number. the constant issue in laptop is disturbing my academics as every now and then there are issue. please its humble request to help me this issues. i fail to understand how can a new laptop give so many problems at one go

                                  1. ASUS Laptop Model AS TP412F 10110U/5DZ/4G/US, purchased on 25th May 2021.
                                  2. Consistent product performance issues, including poor battery backup, and device heating.
                                  3. The same was also highlighted through a service complaint on 31st March 2022, and the battery was replaced.
                                  4. However, problems persisted, including LCD screen flickering issues for the past several weeks. issue highlighted to ASUS Service Support .
                                  5. A repair estimate of INR 15654 has been provided for an issue, which is clearly a manufacturing and product quality issue, within less than 16 months of the purchase of the product.
                                  6. As highlighted earlier, the product clearly had product quality issues when repaired in April 2022.

                                  Help me understand whether it is justified to pay 1/3 of the product price for repairs, where there is no fault of the user.
