I have given my laptop over 2 weeks into a service center of asus. And when i'm calling them either the don't accept the call. After a long time when i called and they said that the repair is ready. But when i visited they said it is not complete yet. Is this what you said to your customer service center to do? Im really frustrated due to there inactivity like this. And your service is taking more time that it did affect my job. I wouldn't have said this here if it wasn't for my job. And i know this is a show program and you won't take action on them. But i would like to say that i would not recommend any one to purchase your devices.

      I had purchased an asus rog gl552jx
      Notebook 7months ago. The device worked fine and i was happy about the laptop.
      Recently the display backlight stopped working. I checked it properly and made sure there were no issue with the display panel as such. I then gave to to an authorized service center in bangalore - f1 info solutions and services. They returned the laptop after a week with my display changed (I dont still understand why) with an inferior quality one (Or maybe their assembling mistake). On top of that they did something and the graphics card was not available for use.
      I have no idea why they had to mess up my graphics card.
      On returning they tried to make it alright and screwed up the whole system making it sluggish. Then they had to reinstall windows.
      And now its been just a week and all my basic softwares are crashing. Now i am planning to give to another service center.

      I suggest asus to take some action against this unprofessional way of service and behavior to customers by the service center. Its not an isolated event as i discovered lately that many customers has faced similar service issue both with their laptops and smartphones.
      These kind of disappointing after sales issues are forcing customers to move on to other brands even if asus products (As far as i know) are good enough.

        I had purchased an rog series gl552vw laptop from an authorised dealer of asus in ghatkopar in december 2016.
        The product has been giving me repeated issues since the start. The battery takes 2.5-3 hours to fully charge and gets drained out in 50 minutes. Also whej i use it on my lap, i get current from the base of the laptop. Infact i even got a burn on my thigh because of this. However i couldnt give the laptop to the service center immediately because of my workload and couldnt afford to be without a laptop then.
        The laptop is in warranty and i had complained to asus in june following which they came home and replaced the battery in 5 days which i think is extremely slow service.
        When the battery was replaced and tested i informed the person on site itself that its taking longer than usual to charge, to which the technician told me that it happens the first time and check to again later.
        The problem is continuing and the charge is getting drained out again in 45 min.
        I have registered a complaint with asus yet again and its been over 15 days since i havent been given a solution or response.
        I am a freelance designer and my work is only on the laptop which is lying with the authorised retailer since 10 days. My work is badly affected and inspite of being pushed by both me and the dealer, asus is incapable of finding a resolution to my problem.
        Please do not ever purchase any asus product as the staff is thoroughly unprofessional, lax and service is horrible.
        I am totally stuck up because of them and i wish i had purchased an apple laptop instead of believing in this company.

          Dear sir
          I would like to inform you that comment mentioned below by authorized service centre kota is repeating the previous service information i. E beacuse i have already service my laptop 02 times at asus authoriesd service cetre (Summer computer) the same patches have found and issue was same in previous case. They have repaired and after 02 moth issue has been started the i have visited the service centre many times the executive said to me call not be raising after 6 o clock and service centre is also shifted. I have told him on 04.09.17 tell me about the new service centre they have directed about the service centre established at hat road kota. I have send my excutive with my asus laptop then executive of authorised service center have demanded 250 re to open the laptop our executive have call me to give and open the same i have told to him i am coming at service centre within 05 minute the that will be open but service centre executive was not agree and open that and told to our executive i. E totally liquid damage but last day i have started my latop i. E continue running smoothly at random that was not closed the display. Please look the photographs corrosion showing at screw porion and solder waste showing at center part. Photographs taken by authorized service centre. New purchased laptopn in jan 2016 and repair started april, may, nov, jan, march and september.
          I would also like to inform your that service centre have no diagnos cheker equipment. They are misbehaving with me my my colligue. You are requested to kindly take the necessary action as earliest.

          Now the issue is in latop.
          1. Display not showing (The problem started from 29/08/2017)
          2. Key board (/) is automatically writing (The problem is fro jun 2016 to till)

            Dear Team,

            I purchased Asus Zenfone Max on 11.07.2016.One week back(10.09.2017) my phone was locked with flip cover home screen & not able to do anything on my phone as i`m not able to unlock the screen & use the mobile.

            I reached Asus authorised service center on 15.09.2017(Chennai).They diagonised & gave the details below.

            Software update & OS was done.Still not able to unlock the flip cover logo screen.They informed the issue might be in Motherboard & it has to be replaced.The cost is around 6000 Rupees.

            My concern is-I bought the mobile just 13 months ago with a cost of 9000 Rupees.Now i`m really disappointed to spent 6000 for a strange issue.

            kindly consider my issue & give an amicable solution.Please don`t put me in a situation where i feel why i bought this mobile.Writing this mail in a dis-appointed note

              Dear asus team i'm visited your service center in gwalior for my laptop display issue but your service center convert my problem in physical damage and said to me it's out of warranty case after 2 days i'll pick my laptop from service center with no repairing. My laptop in full working condition when i submitted at service center but when i'll pick back that time i told him for check again but they told me it's battery discharge so please connect with adopter. Then i'll connect and getting start my laptop. They already told me your display repairing not cover in warranty that's why i'll pick back it same condition but when i'll charge at my home my laptop battery not working. After this case i'll visit again service center for battery issue but they can't accept it. Your service center changed my laptop battery and attached a bed or damage battery in my laptop because i'll pick my laptop without any repairing from service center.
              My laptop still under warranty but they can't accept in warranty. And demanding repairing cost again. I have all proofs..

              Your service so bad and your employees behavior so bad..

              Now any kind of issue in your service center you and your team responsible not i am..
              So now get ready..

                I submit my laptop for repair in asus service center of nehru place delhi, on 25th august but i still didn't got my laptop because it's repair still in pending.
                What wrong with the asus service center. Why they are taking so much time even my laptop is in warranty. I need my laptop as soon as possible so please take any action so that it can repair on right time.

                  It has been two months buying zenfone 3max mobile and it's overheating. I have complained twice in service centre jamshedpur jharkhand. But this mobile still have problem of overheating. They often say we have updated the software of mobile and now it's ok. This act will force me to go consumer forum if my grievance is not resolved. I think shopkeeper cheated on me

                    I brought my laptop in october 2016.
                    Since then it was repaired twice for the same issue i. E. Abrupt shut down of laptop.
                    Now, once again i am facing the same issue.
                    It is very sad that i trusted in asus quality and i did not get the desired quality.
                    My product is still under warranty right now so i can get it repaired at asus service center. But what will happen when i face the same issue after the completion of warranty period?
                    It is clear that the product is defective. Then why should i suffer for a faulty product.

                    This time i am not going to accept the service repair solution that you will provide.

                    I need a better permanent solution to my problem. I will not bear the cost of repair if i face the same problem again. Why should i suffer for a faulty product that asus have provided me.

                    Please help resolve my complaint

                        It is very shocking for me that although itisi having the battery power of 5000 mah. It is not working for a fulll day... Sometimes battery goes down in half day...

                        Hence it is requested to kindly look into the matter and replace my handset or do the best favourable action please

                          First use this phone yourself one day and than provide update to resolve bugs. Your company makes a frimware and than you put it to any smartphone cutting its feature but that is not a justice with budjet smartphones. This issue can neither be solved eith chat support & never be understood by your service center neither they can provide a solution because solution lies only in updating the software and removing the bugs. And i tell you its only software issue. Yo u will have to satisfy a customer. You will have to update it to remove bugs (Process. Media is stopped), flash turning on after clicking picture, not able to not able to send from the gallery smoothly to whatsapp. And many errors beyond rememberence, don't ask me anything, be honest and fix the bugs in your rom

                                  Asus lapto having serial number h3n0cx[protected] was purchased on 30 june and on 28th july the laptop suddenly got dead. On the same day i rushed to the shop (Muskan agencies lg-4 saket tower sp verma road patna) and mentioned about the problem. I also registered a complain in the consumer helpline website. The docket number is 375333. After many follow ups over phone/mail and visiting the shop and the service centre, after 10 days it was repaired but after few days again the same laptop has got another problem. Now the same laptop is not getting charged. I am really shocked and disturbed now. All these shows that asus company or the local dealer has cheated me and sold me the defective laptop. Kindly look into my case and help me and help me.

                                    I have purchase new phone asus zenfone 2 ze551ml (Silver, 128 gb) (4 gb ram) from amazon.

                                    Problem :
                                    After 2 week mobile is not getting charged. Mobile is not getting switched on. It's defect in mobile. Hardware fault.

                                    So i am not able start mobile. I try all the means but not getting any response.

                                    Resolution:

                                    I want to refund the mobile.

                                    What i tried:

                                    As per instruction i did factory setting also. But same issues.

                                    Battery not getting charged. From then mobile is kept as it is.

                                    I have not even used properly for 2 week. I wanted to refund but they refused.

                                    Please find attached invoice. I am working professional and not getting time as well.

                                      I owned a asus zenfone 5 mobile. Now its is over 2 years, so it is not under the warranty, recently there was a software fault so i took the my mobile to asus authorized service center (F1 info solutions & service pvt ltd) in chennai, mount road. They said that software correction charge is rs 500 and i have to pay 250 rs in advance and remaining i have to pay while picking up the mobile,
                                      While comming for picking up the mobile, they said that they cant do the service and returned the mobile, i asked for my rs 250 which i paid as advance. The manager said that the 250 rs is a non refundable, as per the rules and policy which i have signed during the submission of my mobile does'nt contain a line regarding non refundable charges of rs 250. They gave only my mobile. My 250 rs had gone.

                                        Bought asus zenfone 3 laser on 10.11.16. phone was updated and found call not connecting in SIM 2. same was informed to service centre salem tamilnadu India on 14.07.17. after repeated attempt there is no positve response from the service centre. one month has already passed there is no improvement observed during discussion so it is requested to kindly do the needful to get back my phone in good workable condition. if failed to rectify the Issue Re think about issuing a New phone or refund the invoice amount.
