The issue that I have experienced was: Dear team,

my Asus product is under warranty and my Asus motherboard is not powering on we have visited the
nearest service center Bareilly which is situated near the bus stop Bareilly

the service center denied repairing my Asus product

Care center main person is saying it is not covered under warranty because it seems like rat spoiled
on the motherboard but I am not seeing like this

It occurred on: 19/07/2022

This meant that Hi sir,
My children is unable to do project and online classes from one month properly
and now days I do not have enough money to purchase new motherboard

Kindly arrange to repair my Asus motherboard

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

    Warranty extended promo offer rejected

    Hi,
    I registered on https://www.asuspromo.in/ to avail extended warranty for my newly purchased ASUS gaming laptop within their offer period. This request was rejected, stating the registration was not done in 15 days from the date of invoice. Upon this, I had called ASUS promo support on 27th AUG, and told them I did my registration on 24th Aug i.e. 15th day from my date of invoice i.e. 9th AUG, and also told them my delivery was...

    Warranty claim

    I opted to claim my warranty, for the screen dead issue, i contacted asus and they told me they will call after two day, and i received email saying their technician will call me for further detail, now its been more then 1 week, they havent come to fix my problem, and when i check my repair status, it was showing my issue were resolved, they didnt came....

    Hi,
    My name is amit kumar. I made transaction of 2499 Rs. for my asus x13 laptop to extend warranty by three years and received the confirmation mail from asus on 13th june 2022 to wait for next 45 days to receive warranty card.
    More than two months (60+) days has passed (as on 22 aug 2022), but no mail, whatsapp communication I received from them (not even on mail). Tried finding customer number, all in vain.
    Please help me in getting my warranty extended for 3 years as promised. I am attaching confirmation mail.

      Hi, I have paid so much for a laptop ASUS laptop i bought from amazon in 2020. The screen has patches already and the screen is dying. This was a premium product from ASUS and still facing infuriating quality issues. Previously i had replaced the Wi-Fi card due to unreasoned quality issue. They are looting the consumers with low quality products. Please help

        Hi All,

        I bought an ASUS laptop from Reliance digital on 26th July 22 for more than one lacs.
        and within a week, its keypad started malfunctioning. I complained about struggling to find Asus customer care No. ( which you have to wait for 10-12 min before they respond/cut) .

        After a lot of Struggle, I could lodge the complaint & engineer visited, but did not provide any receipt. It was informed that the keyboard needs to be replaced which will take 15 days.
        Imagine the hardship I have to face for the last 7 days & have to wait for 15 more days & then a new laptop will be opened & repaired. Not a desirable situation for new laptop buyer.

        Asus Service engineer posted at reliance digital did not either resolve the issue.
        I can say worst product & after-sales service of Asus. I should have gone for a branded laptop.

        So friends avoid purchasing ASUS products & go for reputed brands, to avoid misery during the lifetime of the laptop.

          Hi All,

          I bout a ASUS laptop from Reliance digital and within a week, its keypad is not working correctly. I filled a complaint after struggling to find Asus customer care No. ( which you have to wait for 10-12 min before they respond/cut) & email of support, I could not find till date.

            I ordered a laptop on 3rd of August and have paid each penny. I was told my order will be delivered in 4-5 business days. It has been more than 3 days and my order still shows processing. They just sent me an email after the order and nothing after that. I cant track my order or get any details. The customer care helpline knows nothing or very little about their own services. I would rate it 0/5 in terms of dealing after the order. Please Asus, being a reputed company this type of actions doesn't suit u. Look into your after order and before DOA services as it needs a lot of work. Thanks, Hope I receive my order soon.

              I have purchased Asus Tuf Gaming A15 FA506IC-HN005W, which stopped working within 4 days .I Visted customer service center they provided me with DOA certificate but the dealership where I have purchased laptop from is not accepted the DOA and asking for canceling DOA .

                  Purchased via Amazon on July 15 2022, and Inbuilt display is not working as of July 24, 2022. External display via HDMI works fine. It costed me 75000. 75000 worth of Damaged product? I need a replacement.

                      i purchased an laptop it had issue with the screen and speaker screen was replaced but it again have the same issue. And the speaker were promised to be by harman Kardon but they have replaced my speakers by fake harman kardon as they are starting to act again weird

                        I Bought a Asus X412DA laptop in 2021. The product i got was not working from the Next month.I visited Service center so many times but the problem is not fixed till date.They always says like come back tomorrow or use the laptop some more time after doing factory reset or Doing os.Now The service center and the customer service was saying that your Laptop warranty ends in april so we can't repair it for free.So kindly provide repair for my laptop.

                              I ordered one Asus laptop from the Asus online store (https://in.store.asus.com/) on 30-May-22, and after placing the order when I confirmed about the shipping with the customer care - it was informed to me that the product would be shipped through Bluedart. But the product was shipped through Delhivery courier and the assured delivery date was 03-May-23. However, after one day I get an email from Asus that the shipment has been handed over to Bluedart on 31-May-22. But while checking with the tracking ID on Bluedart's website it didn't show any tracking information. On Delhivery's website there was no tracking after 31-May-22. Therefore, I asked for the cancellation of the order as it was not delivered on 03-May-22. But the order was not cancelled and the amount was not refunded.

                                I have purchased rog 5 in 2021 the mainboard of the unit has been replaced 4 times. Now it's the 5 time again after faulty upater wifi and hotspot stopped working again the this issue is happening to all rog 5 user. I'm suffering from past 5 months they even do not provide refund or replacement even regional service leader of Asus promised last time . I want complete refund

                                    This company named Asus india is a fraud company. They manufacture all scrap phone's in India. My phone is dead for the second time, thank God it is still under warranty, otherwise I had to pay Rs 43000 just to get the motherboard fixed from this company. This is just a tactic to sell their motherboard at premium prices, the phone which i purchased from these guys is just 8 months old, and already dead 2 times, please refund my money, i don't want your brand, very pathetic phone, you guys just need money, Rs 58000 is not a small amount, even if it is Rs, 58000, it is supposed to perform like a premium phone, not like this, please refund my money asoon as possible. Else I'm going to take legal steps against you guys. Mind it.
