On 21.08.2015 I had given my zenfone 5 Having serial number EAAZCY068099 At Regal Computer service, Solapur (F1 Solutions & services) Still it has not repaired . It is still under warranty. Kindly do the needful & give my phone urgently as 15 days already passed.

    I've bought asus X552L NOTEBOOK on 17 Feburary 2015. There was a problem with the graphic card from beginning. I'v given it to F1INFO SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES (asus service centre in nehru place, new delhi) on 31 july 2015. they were unable to repair it after keeping it fir 3 weeks. then on 24 aug i' taken it from there and given to another asus service centre in noida. they are unable to repair it till now. i want them to either replace the notebook or refund my money.

      Hi, This is regarding the Non functional part of ASUS Zenfone 5. I furchased this phone for my father but after using it for several months the phone mike was not working and the battery was heating up. I decided to lodge complain for this to ASUS team and they assured to resolve this problem at free of cost since it was under warranty period. Since there is no Service center at Haridwar city so the company support executive provided us the pick and drop facility(Nearest center is Dehradun). Its already two months since the service was provided but no one picked my Package. I called 10+ times to their support and every time they assured to resolve this issue within 2 days. Now it is difficult for me to follow up again.         I have Bought an Asus Laptop dt 25.09.2014. From the very first month it started creating problem, After doing the troubleshooting provided by the customer care the problem is not resolved. Submitted it to the Authorized Asus service centre, the technician told Hard Disk needs to be changed, so hard disk got replaced. After replacing the Hard Disk again the same problem arised, submitted the Laptop in the Service center once again, this time...

        I purchased Asus zenfone 2 before 3 months. I install all the updates which was released by Asus updates. When i install the update in last month it results the Sim 1 Imei as a null. Now again they released new update when i installed i face the same problem, this time reset is not working when i reach service centre they told there is a problem with your mother board. How a leading company release this kind o[censored]pdates or how they manufacture this kind of mother board. Now my phone goes automatically turns off and on. All the apps are not working when i opened it, it says the app is unfortunately not responding... My question is new mother board works properly or behaves like previous one?.., I need replacement of my phone... Please give suitable solution to me, this is my humble request Asus...

              I purchased Asus Zenphone 5 as I had a need of dual sim mobile for office. I used to recommend people this brand but my first service experience is very bad. I went to F1 Solutions for service and they said that water has gone into cell. This is absurd because up to my knowledge it has never been in water. Moreover if it had been all the parts will be destroyed. I felt like I had no say whatsoever in the matter and have to pay out of my pocket even when the product is in warranty. Theyare hiding behind F1 service vendor... RC India, "Ramesh Chand(ACIN)", "deb acharya(ACIN)" These emai id guys are taking no action.

                I brought this ASUS Zenfone C ZC451CG, SN: [protected], phone on Mar/2015, with in four months iam facing lot lot of issues, overheating and speaker volume is low. So gave a sevice in F1 solutions, Kilpauk, chennai, TamilNadu, they repired the phone and gave to me after two weeks, Now its worst than before, speaker volume is very very low hearing lot of noise, you people are authorized service center who don’t know how to fix this issue, its waste of time and money, more over to reach this stuped service center i need to travel for 30KM, i need some one to pick the phone from my door step and fix it and return, even i don’t mind to raise a consumer complaint .                   You buy any asus product it get damaged in 2-3 months gaarranted. Asus zenphone motherboard problem, batterry proble, hanging in between and its do not provide gorrila glass, operating system its shows kitkat but inside it is lollipop. Service : The service of asus is such a bad that it provide me the board after 2 months. that also i have to contact to service center and then they have provided me. Comment: NOT TO BUY ANY ASUS PRODUCT AT ALL...

                    I bought an Asus laptop on 17th October 2013 and It needed to be sent to the assistance lab just a month later because of charge issues. Since that moment I had to send it three time again, four in total, once because the Asus itself caused external damages (I can't see the inner parts) and the other for the same problem of charge. Now that I've sent my pc one more time I asked a complete replacement of it and not just the repair of the parts again, because the problem happens again and again.
                    I always have chosen Asus products but now I'm totally disappointed about their policy and the way they handled the problem since the first time.
                    I've spent 1000€ because I needed a good machine and instead I had to make frequent shipping and format the pc any times and stay without it for weeks and weeks.

                      I Have Bought My Zenfone 4 From Flipkart And It Was Running Smooth Until 4 Months And I Came Up With Some Motherboard Problem(As Per Service Centre Guyz). I Submitted My Mobile There And They Said That I Will Be Getting It In A Week But I Didnot Get And Im Very Upset Due To This. The Service Centre Guyz Told That The Part Which They Ordered Was Defective And So They Took A New Call Log For The Same . Its Been 15 Days And I Still Get The Same Response As Sir We Are Working On It. They Said They Will Be Giving Me The New Complaint Number But They Failed To Do So. I Request You To Take This Matter Seriously And Look Forward To This Issue. Thanks. This Issue Was Exactly Took Place In Goa(Panjim). Service Centre-Next Step Service, Near Miramar Beach.                         I purchased an asus zenfone 5 on 01-01-15 from flipkart. The device was running smooth till 19-07-15 and the phone went dead. So i rushed to the service centre located at shahid nagar, bhubaneswar and submitted the phone for repairing and i was assured that the problem will be resolved in 7 days. But its been 20 days and i have visited the service centre at least 5 times and i have been calling them regularly but thanks to the lame service and unfriendly attitude of the service centre guys that i am always getting the same reply "the spare parts are not available and we have ordered them".i am feeling like i have been cheated by asus and this is the worst service i have ever experienced. i hope this problem will be resolved soon. attachment- service centre invoice

                        ASUS Poor service and Service centre response was very bad

                        I purchased ASUS Zenfone 5 at may 2015, only 3 months it's working fine August it had issue with Mic. I have given my mobile at F1 info service center at Kilpauk, Chennai. They assured they will make the device ready at 5 working days. But when i asked them I'm also got the same reply "spare parts are not available, we ordered spare parts ". I have given my phone to service center at 19th Aug but still now they are telling the same reply. I feel very worst, for getting spare part they are taking more than 2 weeks. It's frustrated. I hope they will resolve problem and make the device ready soon.

                          My Mobile has been submitted in 14.07.2015. My mobile is not yet received from Service Centre. Its almost 1 month. I am facing a lot of problems without mobile. But Service Centre people says that the parts is still not available with them & it will take time for that. They are not giving exact time when it will be repaired.                             I purchase online asus zenfone 2 from flipcart order id[protected] dated 22/05/2015 this phone is not workine properly within three monthe there are many problems in phone 1) it is discharge in 3 to 4 hours, so i went to asus service center, they replace battery 2) problem not solve, then they replace mother board 3)then problem of volume button, still today they said part not coming from compony. 4)then out of two one sim card not work well, they said sim card cable is faulty, has to replace, still today they said part not coming from compony 5)from 13/07/2015 my mobile is in asus service center. i want replacement of this phone from you because it is faulty .or give me my money back, within three montns i face lot of problems because of this mobile. document attach 1)order copy on flipcart 2) Retail invoice bill 3)asus service center service form bhaskar b. patil [protected] / [protected]

                              My phone is under warranty couple of weeks back it had stopped charging.After which I took the phone to the nearest service center.They refused to service the phone because it had a slight scratch on the screen (barely visible).I spoke to the call center guy and he said asus will approve warranty on this problem. After two weeks I was informed Asus has not approved for the warranty. I was told by the service center guys that the problem was because of a manufacturing defect in the charging port and it had nothing to do with the scratch on the phone, I tried convincing the call center guys but all they did was avoided me by asking me to call and send mails to different numbers.After trying very hard i gave up and had to pay rs 1400 for no fault of mine. Overall I felt harassed and Cheated.

                                Asus had released android 5.0 for Zenfone 4, 5, and 6 in May. I asked their CSR about 5.0 update for Zenfone C. They were telling that it is under development and will be released soon. Then after a few weeks I again asked about the same thing they refused to provide information and were claiming that they had no official information. and now its August, till now no update for Zenfone C

                                  Hello Sir/Madam I bought my latop Asus Eeebook VF79856/ASUS("F3NLCX06040412G") on[protected]...within 2 months my laptop is showing problems with switching off.Now even though I try to switch off my laptop its not getting switched off...And when I open it the next time, there is ahuge difficukty in opening. As they are telling "repairing the PC"..then another page comes which says.."do you want to open with windows 8"..when I try to topen then also not opening..sometimes a page comes telling ..Troubleshoot required..                                       I bought this smart phone (ASUS ZENFONE C) from online store on 13th april 2015, after the 2nd month my cell began to get hanged, auto restart, the battery gets heated up very soon and now the flash of the camera don't work. So i am facing very much problem here, hope you understand.So Sir kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
