Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I baught a ASUS laptop before three months ago. Now I am facing some serious problem while handle the laptop. On 31.12.2011 I faund the display problem of the Laptop. I had submitted the laptop AT SERVICE CENTRE on that day to resolve the problem. After handed over the laptop at Guwahati servicing centre I regularly visited the service centre to receive the laptop. but finally I got the laptop after 20 days back (19.01.2012). Now same problem hapen again. I am unable to open the laptop again. So in this regards I request you please provide me a new laptop.

    Sir,
    Asus company has replaced my defective mother board (Model: P5LPL-AMP/PS, Sl.No. A7MOAD497237) under guarantee with new mother board (Model: P5G41T-MLX3, Sl. No.B7MOBX165876) vide local service center challan No: 0545 dated[protected] but new mother board does not have DDR2 slot, LPT port, IED port, two PCI slots (new one have only one slot). I have complained about it many times to customer care telephonically as well as through e-mail but till date they have not sort out my problem.

      Rashi Peripherals Pvt Ltd, is the worst distributer in India, who never care for service, my experience as a consumer for past twelve years, Rashi peripherals as never accepted a faulty product at a first visit, when you give to them, they will ask you to come other day or they will take the faulty product and give you back in the same condition without even touching the product, saying it is working fine. You have to go back to them say it not working still they will maintain the same, as if they have tested well for hours , in this period you would have wasted your precious time and money . at last they will take your product. to give you replacement they will take one month to two months depending on the product…. In some cases if the product manufacturer gives replacement also , Rashi will give you old serviced product only.. Because they are the distributor and also the authorized service center, so very easily they re sell the products in the market, without giving it to the customer.

        My motherboard was purchased back in September 2009 giving problem son and off
        which were generally resolved by updating the BIOS driver. The recent motherboard
        issue on S/N:97MOAC271602 was no power and ASUS service center located
        ANdheri-(E) got it repaired but was still not working. The motherboard was sent back
        to bangalore and was not repaired so a replacement (S/N: 96MOA1063714),
        probably refurbished was issued. And what luck and service, the ASUS product is still
        dead. The computer i invested thousand on has been lying as a metal box for almost
        two moths now just because the product has not been upto the expected standards
        of ASUS motherboards which i have been using for almost a decade now. It would be
        really appreciated if the damage is undone and if a refurbished board is not
        standard and tested before issue, new board should be used.

          Dear Sir,

          I purchased in US your motherboard two years back for my work and educational needs. I did bring it to Sri Lanka for my usage. It was recently noticed that the motherboard was experiencing power problem in the motherboard. I am not in position to ON the computer. I cannot afford to spend a very high amount once again to buy another motherboard from US or is it available in the Sri Lankan local market for a replacement. I have to look after my family expenses consisting of my elderly parents. This product has a 3 year warrant and therefore I am kindly requesting you'll to help me out from this situation.

          I need to know your resolution at your earliest in this regards, since I am doing my final year in MBA and I cannot work without a computer.

            Just after 3 and a half months of buying a brand new mobo it started malfunctioning. I was watching a movie when my system froz. I was going back to hostel (my pc is at home.) that day. So presently I just shut down my pc by directly power off. After week when tried to start up the pc it didn't response. Didn't even enter the BIOS. Nothing at all. Only both the RAM and CPU LEDs were lit.

            I took it the service center. They repaired it and gave back. ( I also had to give them my CPU coz they didn't have one core i7 --- that sucks) Any way after getting the repaired board it performed well for about 50 hours (continuously run). Then it froz again but this time it automatically restarted. It happened many time at different time interval. Some time it ran for 6 to 7 hours and some time it was only 10 to 15 mins. some ti,mes even immediately. It happened even when I was in BIOS.

            I called service centre. They told me to check my other component. So I called my PC managing Engineer. He checked that my other component was alright. It was my MOBO that was at fault. So I took it to service center again. But they told me that nothing was wrong with my MOBO. They just show me the bios and said that its working. I don't even know whether they have actually tested the MOBO or not.

            Then I called the Local ASUS manager. He told me that he will show the whole testing to me for a whole day or as long as I'm not satisfied. But when I went at the fixed date it was all the same. No testing at all.

            All-in-all I had to visit service center 12 time in total and still I'm sitting with this malfunctioning unusable "unstable" ( As stated by the service center) MOBO.

            The Motherboard cost me 14500 rupees(INR) (about 325 USD). I only used it for 3 and a half months. Now my last choice is to abandon my almost-new MOBO. It IS the MOBO's fault coz I've tested my friend's MOBO (same model -- older ) with all my other PC components except for the board only and it's running perfectly well.

            Now if it is within the power of this site please please do SOMETHING,.

              I bought an assembled computer including ASUS-MOTHERBOARD-P5KPL-AM/PS from SHARPLOGIC SALES AND MARKETING COMPANY PVT.LTD,THRISSUR on 31-Jul-2010. I found that my USB port was not detecting and used the service of SHARPLOGIC for detecting the real problem. They said the complaint was with motherboard and took the same for repair on 13-Aug-2011. It was guaranteed that they will return the same within three weeks. It was said that they will send motherboard to ASUS service centre. But as on 25-Sep-2011 I coudn't get any details on the status of repair from SHARPLOGIC. They are extending the date day by day. Please provide me guidance for registering the complaint on the same.

                i am partha paul.. i have purchased a motherboard in the month of june. (10th june 2011)
                in the month of july i faced an issue regarding LAN. i placed the motherboard in the service centre on 8th july... the delivered the motherboard after 15 days.. but when i placed it in my machine i did not see any changes regarding problems.. again i placed the motherboard in the service centre on 30th july.. and they returned the board on 8th august... and this time again i did not see any changes.. all the prblms are same.i requested to them to replaced the board but they did not respond.... i want to know that if a reputed company like ASUS didnot cooperate with their customer then how can we keep faith on them... i need a permanent solution against this problems..

                  Dear Sir,

                  I wish to raise my voice against the defected product (mother board M4A785TD-V-EVO) offered by ASUS. According to the company, it is one of the world’s most trusted brands for computer hardware and due to this region I believed on company and purchased a mother board on 17.03.2010 (A1MOAD546556) from SMC International, G-10&11, Magdoot Building, Nehru Palace, New Delhi-110010. But I am highly disappointed because the mother board has damaged with in warranty period and did not fulfill the purpose as described when i purchased it.
                  To solve the problem i contact the dealer (SMC International) on 25th July 2011. They sent me to their another office at, room no.-203, Deepali Building, 92, Nehru Palace, New Delhi for further maintenance where mother board was deposited through Warranty Claim (note no. 056). On 4th August 2011 they told me that this series is not regular now, so they are unable to replace it.
                  It is really quadric condition for me as I have invested my hard earned money. It is a kind request to you to please change my mother board as early as possible. I look forward to hear from you and a solution of this problem as soon as possible.

                    COMPLAINT FOR ASUS MOTHER BOARD CO. INDIA

                    Sir,
                    I had bought a ASUS MOTHER BOARD G31 on 27th Oct.2010 from computer gallery Firozabad. I got 3 yrs. Warranty on MOTHER BOARD by the company.

                    It was not working properly so I sent the MOTHER BOARD to the service center (RAKHI PERIPHERALS, LUCKNOW) on 26/06/2011 through Fzd dealer.

                    After a week they sent a new MOTHER BOARD but it is G41 which uses DDR3 RAM while my MOTHER BOARD was G31 which uses DDR2 RAM. Now the dealer pressures me to buy a new DDR3 RAM worth Rs.1500 while I have no money for this unnecessary load. I made a call to ASUS Helpline No. but they did not give me the satisfactory answer to change my BOARD as it was G31. Now I want to return back my new G31 BOARD as soon as possible as I am facing great difficulty without it. I am suffering with mental stress due to this cause. Therefore I want to register a complaint against the company.

                      I bought an ASUS M10 mobile phone on 22/08/2010. Since then it has been given for servicing for 5 times at Croma Belapur since it was purchased from there. but till date the problem has not been solved .I still continued to have problems with this phone (hanging, keyboard problems, network access problems, GPS problems, sound problem, it did not connect with the computer, ring problem). Croma center said they would replace it but nothing has been done .
                      When I send my complaint as email to customer support, it seems that the email address mentioned in their website is incorrect: [protected]@asus.com.tw, and I get delivery failures.

                      The product is very poorly manufactured and as result noone is able to helm me.

                        Hi,

                        I have purchased a ASUS Mother Board M2N-MX SE PLUS with AMD X2 6000+ 125W CPU. At the time of purchase (sep 2008) in asus web site itself it was said that these two are compatible. But from the first day of my purchase i have been experiencing a problem where Processor goes to 100% for even small tasks(like playing videos, games, even web browsing). That time i didn't know the cause of the problem and i tried all the virus checking and bias up-gradation and also i have approached asus service center. But they also have just changed the bias with out mentioning the compatibility of these two. From the last two years i have not in touch with my system because i have studied away from my home. Now i am back using my system and problem has increases further(almost not able to do any thing) and so i started searching for the problem and some forum i saw people have reported the same problem. So i went checked the asus web site for compatibility of CPU and web site is totally redesigned from what i have seen two years back and now they have removed the AMD X2 6000+ and above models from the compatibility list. I tried reporting the same to the ASUS customer care and they said now it is mentioned that they are not compatible so they asked me to buy a new mother board. Since i cannot show the proof that they have mentioned these two compatible does mean that they have not mentioned. So please do some thing in this issue and do justice. I forgot to mentioned my mother board is still in warranty period.

                          Two year back i hv bought an ASUS MB(P5N73 AM) because Rashi is distributing the ASUS and dealer assure me that i will not face any difficulty in Warranty. But now my mother board is not working and from past two months i hv received 4 FAULTY REPAIRED MB which do not works more than one hour. I hv checked all my components all are working with other boards. Right now i m using a Standby board which is the proof of proper working of other pc components. SO i m not getting why is RASHI people asking me to bring my components to their place. After writing the same mail to RASHI Peripherals, i got a call in 10 mins & person promised me to have full refund from service center. But service center people keep asking me to bring all my PC components to there place. Although an Engineer from Aadish Computer (Dealer from whom i bought the MB) hv himself cheked that mother board is faulty. NOW Rashi people have stopped replying on mail. Their service center people saying that they cant do any thing until i receive the reply from a concern person from their Head Office. So i m now frustrated from all these stupid warranty services.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I bought an Asus Mobile, Model P565 in Rs 14999/-on 7th May 2010.

                            This mobile went hanged up after a few days of purchase. Further later the mobile charging did not happen and the charging port became loose. when the mobile is sent to service centre despite the cell is under warranty period, they are classifying this as a internal damage case.

                            Asus is saying that the damage is internal at a place where a customer cannot reach or access. The company is claiming a damage in motherboard which cannot be accessed by a customer. The cell is in perfect physical condition and was opened by service centre after breaking the opening seals for the first time.

                            The company is asking a charge of Rs 12500/ for rapairing this cell.

                            Repeatedly I am following up stating that this is a poor quality issue.

                            This is extremely poor quality cell with high price. When it came to service, the company has troubled the customer a lot and forcibly proving this as customer indiuced damage.

                            This is a taiwan company which is selling poor quality products in India and fooling the indian customers. I repeatedly told them that there is nothing which is induced by customer but they do not agree due to cost involved.

                            Humble request to you to please escalate the issue so that an Indian customer is not fooled.

                            Please take action against the company.

                            ASUS- PDA P-565 — Performance issues

                            Purchased ASUS PDA P-565 mobile in December and the performance of the same is very bad. Mobile use to hang continuously and the touch screen is troubling like anything. Even service centres are also not there near by to contact them Advising everyone not to go with ASUS mobile for those who looks after this.
                            i agree with you even i have got the same Asus P565 handset and it started giving problems and they are asking me to pay 9000 rupees for the pay. This company is insane. This company should be banned from India

                              I purchsed a asus motherboard with other accesories from a shop 'stuti technologies jajpur road on 14th april 2010.In august it was observed that the monitor was getting off and cpu,dvd players are running in august 2010.It was sent to the shop.I had no problem upto 5th october 2010 . On 6th Oct monitor turned off and the desktop could not be started .The computer was sent to STUTI and they sent the motherboard to prachi computer Bhubaneshwar , the dealer of ASUS .The computer was handed over to me with a old used motherboard P5SD2-VM. Now on 6th april the computer stated same problem as it was in august 2010. please suggest to whoom Ishould write or talk.The local shop do not response +ve.

                                I bought Asus M2 Crosshair 2 years Ago. It was working like charm. But recently its BIOS got some errror.
                                I send it to HYPERTECH SYSTEMS, KOLLAM[protected] where I bought it. After 2 days , They send it to RASHI PERIPHERALS, TRIVANDRUM. After a Month They said , It was in RASHI PERIPHERALS, ERNAKULAM. After a few weeks, I rang to Trivandrum Service Centr 2 weeks ago, They said they are going to send it to MUMBAI. And i have to wait for another Month.
                                How can we say that this is called service sir ? I'm a frequent multimedia user. It is affecting my Job.

                                  i buyed a laptop ASUS F80S and i am continuously facing problem with my laptop.
                                  my laptop's adapter turned faulty within 3 months.my laptop was in service center for about two weeks.
                                  just after 2 or 3 months dvd-writer turned faulty. again my laptop was in service center for about two weeks.
                                  After that both my laptop and adapter turned faulty. the problem was found in the motherboard's charging point which was damaging the adapter and this time motherboard turned out of order.
                                  company promised me the replacement of the laptop and said that they will confirm which model is to be given in replacement.

                                  suddenly company turned from it's committment and send me the repaired motherboard and not even new motherboard.my laptop was lying in their service center for about 2 months after my so much discussion the head of india Mr. Steve Hans i refuced to accept the unit and said them to throw my unit in garbage. their service center convinced me and i compromised and accepted the unit with 3 months extended warranty and with the promise that if there is any problem we will replace the unit.

                                  Now just after a month my laptop is dead again and when i approached company, on the name of replacement the sent me an old laptop kept at display at dealer shop for more than an year and used for demo. now i don't want this multihanded unit. i am asking them to give me a new unit as there must be any problem due to which that product was used for display and was not sold.

                                  I don't have faith on asus's service and product quality. i will suggest you to not to go for asus. get your laptop assembled but don't buy asus.

                                  i am from indore assemble desktop with asus motherboard and asus processor, after one month blue screen appears on screen, i told vender and he give me new board after two week(wrong statement-board was repaired). after two days same problem appears, vender took system, he took two weeks more and return my system with confidently saying that this time board replaced with new board. after one day same problem appears again board was went to service center, now he told that problem in RAM slot, again same problem blue screen.

                                  Please help me, a lot of mental harassment for this period due to motherboard.

                                    I have an ASUS Laptop which is malfuncting. ASUS provide customer service for repairing through their service provider M/S Neotenic Informatics Pvt. Ltd (Kolkta).

                                    They have no skilled and well qualified technician to handle sophisticated quipment like ASUS laptop at Kolkata office. They only pass time and harass the customer without any fruitful result. Ultimately the customers return home and scrap their laptop. I am now suffering for a month. each time I contact their Kolkata office, i get
                                    reply that either the technician is ill or very busy and could not get time to open the laptop or could not identify the problem. Each time they say different reply .

                                    I doubt if my laptop will finally return home in working condition from their servce center or not.
                                    My conclusion is that precious items are in the hands of monkeys to mishandle.

                                    I bring notice to top authority of ASUS India Ltd. and the valuable customers of ASUS products that proper corrective action and follow up/enquire should be taken at the earliest otherwise ASUS will loose their market in India.

                                    Same problem here... Kolkata ASUS service center is worst of all. .. specially Neotenic Informatics ...

                                    ASUS should have their own service center ... if they want to sell their product effectively... as in India everybody tries to *repair* their equipments instead of throwing them in TRASH like in USA/UK...

                                    now i have encountered problem with my mother board, in between this also i have encountered problem, but it was in warantee period, so, i have been to asus service centre: DIGICOMP COMPLETE SOLUTIONS LTD, 49B, C.R.AVENUE. KOLKATA-12.

                                    and tell them the detail about my mother board problem, that it gets shut down automatically after sometime and it get to restarted mode automatically and there is no display. i submitted my board for service, on 26/7./2011.
                                    i been there to collect it on 02.08.2011
                                    i took it to home and start my machine, after 2 hours my machine again hanged and again there was no display and went to restart mode auto and was not workin properly,

                                    the trouble of my mother board is that it is not working properly, i mean to say after, it gets off automatically and get to restart MODE AUTO.
                                    moreover i also want to tell one fact that the management of the service centre in kolkata is not good. there is no co-ordination.

                                      I had bought the above netbook on december 19, 2009 and I have had two problems in these 8 months. If this is the quality of your netbook in 1st year of warranty per;iod, I shudder to think how much problem will come after 1year and how much you'll charge me for this inferior product to run effectively.

                                      First problem was of charging component and now there is keboard problem. In regards to the keyboard problem, on 23rd August 2010, ie yesterday, I met Mr. Vaibhav in your Mumbai service centre, he communicated that he'll be order;;ing the keyboard and as and when it will come, he'll inform me. He was non committal about (TAT) turn around time as to when the keyboard will reach him and solve my problem.
