Asus P6T deluxe failed to work with all versions of Acronis True Image.
Creating of image of OS (windows XP) is OK but when I have tried to restore the image Acronis True Image failed. I got all kinds of stupid message "error opening the file" error E 000 40007 and other error numbers.
My previous MB Asus P5K3 Deluxe was fine with Acronis True Image. No problems at all.
I did everything possible to make it working and I failed. Otherwise P6T Deluxe V.2 works fine.
I think the procrastinators from Asus should move their asses and address the issue. This is essential operation. They must know about it. Asus costumer service sucks!!! They are arrogant ignoring the customers needs.

Hey Dude, Did you try to get your complaint across to the service team of ASUS. Go to their website and check where the nearest service center is to take your motherboard there for the necessary repairs.. Have got a P5KPL AM-PS Anti-surge motherboard and its working absolutely fine.. Am really surprised that you are facing problems with the ASUS motherboard...
Have problems with ASUS P6T Deluxe too.
My 1st disk is Seagate 450Gb SAS, very fast, 15K.
But!
When downloaded from Acronis Boot CD - Acronis does not see SAS disk, only SATA.
Can not restore system on SAS.
I changed all necessary boot settings - no results.
Seems to me - problem of ASUS P6T BIOS.
Very Bad!!!

    I bought an Asus Mobile fone (P-527) sometime in March 2008. Since then I always had problems with this handset. The first set I bought had problems of hanging, and your customer service replaced the mother board. However the problem was not resolved and they replaced the phone. I still continued to have problems with this phone (hanging, keyboard problems, network access problems, GPS problems). Later the screen developed problems and stopped responding to taps on certain areas of the screen. Asus Customer Service promptly replaced the screen and I collected the repaird phone today (29th Nov 2008).

    However, it seems that the phone was not tested well enough. Immediately after I received my repaired handset, I found out that the keypad is not working. I had left the service center and reached home by the time I realized this.

    Your service center in Bangalore is currently in a very inaccessible location. There is no place to park, taxis do not want to go there and wait, and if at all a taxi is willing to go, they charge higher. I paid INR 600 for a taxi just to get my phone serviced, receipts of which have been preserved, should I need to take this matter up with the consumers court.

    It is ok if I have to travel, but it is unacceptable that a repaired handset is not tested well enough. My handset's keypad is not working. It seems like the service center is doing their best, but the product itself is defective. It has so many problems.

    When I send my complaint as email to customer support, it seems that the email address mentioned in their website is incorrect: [protected]@asus.com.tw, and I get delivery failures.

    The product is very poorly manufactured, and despite several replacements, the new product is still defective.

    Asus Mobile Phone — Worst Performance of the Mobile Phone

    I had brought "ASUS P320" from a shop called "Sunrise Computer & Mobile Store", Shop no.2, GF, , BSEL Park, Near Vashi Station, Vashi, Navi Mumabi 400705 on 9th Aug 2008 @ Rs. 12, 100/- only.
    At the time of purchase, a non-technical Sales person installed the said PDA (windows mobile) phone improperly that caused my phone to get 4 times formatted and I have lost some important data was stored in the said phone. After 3 days of my purchase, the said phone started showing software errors like process hang, speaker on/off problems and blinking issues etc.
    It has been 8 months now and I am still facing the same issues each and every time through out the day.
    I went "Sunrise", the said shop thrice to get my phone replaced with a new one but they did not hear me and behaved very weird. I am not satisfied with this product at all. I was erroneously convinced by the Shopkeeper and brought this product. I need a concrete justification as now the shopkeeper is not taking his product back and refunding my money as well.

    I agree with you.I also bought the same model in November 2008 and since then i'm facing similar problems.I've given my handset for repair twice in Delhi.They have changed the mother board but the problems still remain.Is Asus doing anything about the issues ?
    I agree with this complaint, I purchased ASUS P320 in Aug 2008, since then its been a miserable experience with my phone, phone gets hanged almost everyday, gets switched off by itself often, keypad is defective and everytime i have to remove the battery and replace to restart the phone. when every other cell shows full network my phone says no network and I cant make or receive calls untill i restart it again... im in madurai and there is no service center here,
    Same problem with my P552W that I bought just 15 days back. I'm having to replace the battery atleast 4-5 times a day and phone freezes with every opportunity (even if left in standby for extended period of time).
    my P527 is only a week old & it started giving problems like hanging screen, tapping screen problem but the major one is battery life, it hardly work for a day with normal use!
    i am planning to go to service center in 2-3 days...
    let's see how they respond!!!
    Hi i bought ASUS mobile in Dec'09 it was working fine till Mar'09, since mar'09 i am facing problem with asus handset with respect to netwrok searching. It goes out of network automatically after that i have to off & on my cell, the same issue i am facing on a day to day & do this off & on atleast 4 to 5 times a day. I have used NOKIA, SAMSUNG, MOOTROLA & HTC, before i bought ASUS, sorry to say ASUS performance is below par than others mentioned above, sorry to say worst ever handset i used in a span of 8 - 9 years. My cell is still under warrranty period & had the same from ALFA (Vileparle (West), IRLA), Also tried getting details of asus service centres so that i visit centre & share my concern but unable to trace any ASUS centres in mumbai. I am not sure whether all the ASUS users are facing this kind of issue or this issue is only my handset, Would request you to kindly replace my handset with a new one & else kindly provide with the solutions.

    i hav o2 xda zinc which is dead during update to wm6 i came to know that it is manufactured by asus .
    i went to the local market they said that its flash IC has gone its of G4 type and they dont hav it plz help sir wat to do?
    i m having Asus P320i had got a problem with the phone its speaker was not working so i had given it to the retailer frm where i brought it but he send it to the service center after 20 days and i got it back on 9th of August i came to know that it motherboard got replaced but after a week a new problem occured now the phone is not getting charged i believe there is some problem with the jack(Charging point). whenever got time will go to the service center lets see what happen.

    2 months back it started problems...switch off frequently showing battery low even if 60% battery remaining.Also poor network coverage.I ve given to Accel Asus service centre, Cochin.They as all above mentioned, replaced mother board.But problem still persists even after repair (the same day itself).


    I ve mailed, phoned to asus contact person, Mahesh Mahapadi, no use.
    i m having Asus P320 brought on 16th of july IMEI no is [protected] now its warranty got vanished.but before its warranty got expired i had got a problem with the phone its speaker was not working so i had given it to the dealer in meerut on 21st of June to send it to the service centre and he send it to the service center after 20 days and i got it back on 9th of August and i came to know that it motherboard got replaced and its new IMEI no is [protected] but after a week a new problem occured now the phone is not getting charged and i lost the job sheet too and when i went to the service centre in Chandigarh they said the Motherboard need to replaced again and that cost you around 8k-10k.     I had bought asus p527 handset in Sept, 09.The handset is so bad in sound quality, userfriendliness, I have decided to sell it a through away price tomorrow 1st thing.i had sent the handset to service centre twice but their is no improvement.I would strongly discourage any one to buy this, handset.The sound quality of base modal of nokia/soni which are 4-5 yrs old is better than this hanset..

    I totally agree with you all on how this handset? however I decided to stick with it simply get my moneys worth by riding on this lame horse. now the touch screen has gone for a spin and I cannot get it replaced coz its parts are not easily available.

    I bought an ASUS P320 in 2008. The phone had to be given for repair twice. The main problem with the phone is that it hangs. Another problem is the phone screen going blank. I had to give it to service station to get it repaired. It took 3 weeks to get it fixed.

    The hanging problem can be solved by pressing the soft reset button at the bottom. IT is a circular hole in the bottom side of the phone( the charging point side). You can rest it by pressing the stylus in the hole.

    My phone hangs wheneveri open some software and the processor gets engaged like video player, even windows file explorer.

    My evaluation is that the product is improperly designed, very delicate and needs to be taken care of like a baby. It is not at all user friendly and needs special care and safe use. In 2 years my phone's wear and tear is unimaginable. I recommend everyone not to go for ASUS...HTC is a better option

    100% true, i have not seen a worst phone like this, i hold asus p320 & it has got all the problems a local mobile will have, hanging, switching off automatically, will remain ON but you will be out of reach, & list can go endless. service center in chennai is tooooooooooo worst, they dont respond to service issues promptly, you wont be able to reach them to check the status of phone given for service. either the mfr shd be good or atleast people providing service shoudl be good, but both seems to be the worst with asus. my suggestion to all the readers, never ever go for this phone.

    i was purchesed asus p527 but after purchese very much problem in window progrramm & softwere not support, touch pad problem. it's very bed mobile, and our service cetre is very bed, our service centre is in ahmedabad, thaltej, on drive in road. there staff person are thief. very bogus staff. all are chore, amrish parmar, [protected]
    It is true that Asus mobile is a hopeless one. I bought P527 for 12000/- a year back and never ever it worked properly since the beginning.

    Twice I visited Asus service center in Mumbai and only god known what they do, never the problem got resolved. Even it could not be used for basic purpose of calling and talking to somebody.

    At first it was hanging, then the voice problem ( echo, very feeble voice ) then the touch screen issue. Since even the basic feature of talking over mobile was not achieved, other features I could not even explore.

    Though I went to service center twice, I am sure that the phone was not tested properly. the very next day some other problem starts and then the same problem resumes for which it was repaired. I could not go again to serive centre since it is in Mumbai and the only center while I am in navi mumbai. Further the timing is also 10-5 pm. The centre has got more holidays than my company has. Never ever I can visit it without taking off from office.

    It is ok if I have to take off from office if the set is properly checked and repaired. I am sure the product itself is absolutely nonsense and hence it was not replaced by service centre in spite of my requests within 3 months.

    56, Nehru Place, #401, 4th Floor, Eros Apartment, New Delhi, they have told us that touch pad will be replaced & estimated amount will be rs 2200/-
    All three Phone no mentioned on charge slip is wrong & we have contact to them after getting contact no from asus corporate office & they told us that my set is ready & i will have to pay rs 2150/- . i went to digicom on 1st sep2011 to collect my phone & given them Rs 2200/- but i have forget to carry charge slip with me they denied to give us handset without charge slip. on that time If i had charge slip they will give me handset.
    i went again on 2nd sep 2011 now they have demanded Rs 5000/- to me & told us we have changed its LCD while LCD of my phone was working well.
    & if bill amt was rs 5000/- then why they told us three times that bill amt is rs 2200/- (Rs 1700 for touch pad , rs 250 for service charge & rs 250 for tax)

      I had purchased a motherboard ( product code k8v-vm ultra) from one of the authorised dealers of ASUS products namely BALAJI SOLUTIONS PVT. Ltd, on 13/9/2006, with a warranty period of three years on the same.

      Some problems had occured on the motherboard, and the same had been taken to companies authorised service centre.(DIGICOMP SYSTEM 72/3 S.N BANERJEE ROAD, 1ST FLOOR, PH;[protected] But my problem could not be resolved by them, I had aslo written to its H.O. regarding the same but in vain.
      Know I write to you as a last source of help.And due to this problem i have incurred great deal of mental and material losses and trauma.

        I HAVE PURCHASED A MOTHERBOARD OF YOUR COMPANY. BAR CODE SERIAL NO IS 81moAB374602 OF M2N-MX SE PLUS.
        TWO WKS AGO MY PC WAS NOT BOOTING AND WAS NO DISPLAY. I CHECKED MY PC BY MY SERVICE ENGG. MY PROCESSOR FAN WAS OK. CURRENT SUPPLY WAS OK. AFTER THAT I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE AND DEPOSITED MY BOARD WITH WORK ORDER NO- 12037. THE NAME OF SERVICE CENTRE WAS PRINTWELL S A72/3 S.N. BANERJEE ROAD SUIT-16/1 PH[protected],[protected],[protected].

        AFTER TWO WKS THEY TOLD ME THE M/B WAS SENT TO BANGALORE. AFTER ONE WK THEY TOLD THE M/B WAS BURNT BY ME. BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE. THOUGH THE M/B IS UNDER WARRENTY PERIOD THEY ARE REFUSING ME TO CHANGEIT. IS IT YOUR SYSTEM? HOW A USER CAN BURN A M/B? I SAW MY CPU FAN WAS WORKING IN THAT TIME. BUT NOW IT IS NOT WORKING. NOW PL.         i am having asus m2n68-amse2 motherboard iam installed xp sp1 os i installed sound card driver but sound is not coming from my system
        Hello,
        I purchased a Computer system yesterday (With Motherboard named "ASUS"). But from today my computer is not working. It is hanging in BIOS, Looping, restarting in BIOS, only not going to Operating system. As I Know ASUS has very good brand name. So why i am getting this problem.

        Today is Sunday and from tomorrow I have office then it is very hard for me to spare free time to take this system to the service station.

        Plz resolve this issue now.

The computer was working properly few months but it is not working till few months. Acording to my technician The mother board is faulty.         Hey friends,
        I have Purchased an ASUS Eee PC in the month of Nov, and after one day i found that the battery was not good, it does not start without power plug, after that i went to the vendor, he said he will replace a new laptop for that, but he didnt he just replaced battery, aftter few months the charger plug was not working which i got replaced, again i am having problem in battery and also the software. i have just wasted my money by purchasing ASUS Eee PC. Even when I asked the Dealer to give me ASUS service call center he gave me wrong number. Friends, if you know the number which of asus call center plz help me out. and its my advice not to purchase this Eee PC.

          Sharaf is an absoulute joke.
          I bought a lap top from there in July 08 and till now i have not been on it at all, due to them not helping me.

          It will not connect to the wireless in my house so they have told me the problem is within the wireless connection, which would make sense if we didn't have 2 other lap tops in the house working off it!!!

          I have went to the store on many occasions no body will help me, exactly what are they getting paid for? I have asked for someone to come to the house in order for them to try and connect it for me, they told yes no problem, they will call you tomorrow to arrange it, 3 visits later to Deira Customer Services and no one has called me!!

          I have called 800 DG Help but with no help. Again they said someone would call and yet again nothing!! Please give me advice on what i can do?

          Your 800 DG Help Line also they have very bed telephone procedures, by not pushing the hold button so i can hear them speaking about chocolate and things, nice when they keep you waiting for 15minutes only to pass you on again to another hopeless case that doesn't know what day of the week it is!!

          Your company is disgusting and i will be taking this futher, and luckily i have the names of those that couldn't be bothered to help!!

            This is with reference to the mother board that I have purchased from your company. I have purchased this mother board on Sea Tech Ahmedabad Gujarat India Dated 11th March 2005 with Mode K8S-MX, serial no. 54MD099529. This motherboard has already been repaired once for the problem of display while it was in the warranty period. Now again I am facing a problem with the mother board again and when I went to your service station to report to the problem, your technician say that they will not repair in as the warranty to the Mother Board is over. I agree that the warranty is over but does that mean that I am supposed to dispose off the Mother Board. I am ready to pay for the service but still your technicians stay stubborn at not repairing the same.

              This is to draw your kind attention towards my extremely bad experience about the Asus product and even worse customer care experience, I ever had in my entire life !

              I had purchased an Asus Windows mobile phone (model P527) Serial No. [protected] on 15th August, 2008 from Reliance Digital, Hyderabad for nearly Rs. 16, 000.

              After using the item for a couple of days, I discovered that the back part of the mobile unit started developing black patches although the item has been very little used and carefully kept in the case ensuring that there is no external reason for the same.

              I took the unit to Reliance Digital showroom and after checking they informed me that there is a manufacturing defect and quality problem in the item. They advised me to visit Asus Service Center in Hyderabad (Accel Frontline Enterprise Solutions).

              I visited Accel Front Enterprise Solutions and showed them the unit and a gentleman Santhosh Kumar J (Cell no. [protected]) who checked the item and took a few photographs advised me that he will forward this compalint with the photographss to your Mumbai office and will get back to me in a day.

              There was no information from him and so I visited again after 7 days when he informed me that the answer from Mumbai office is expected any moment.

              Its already more than 15 days since I first visited your 'service center', I haven't heard anything from anyone and the black patches are now increasing more on this new expensive mobile phone !

              The performance of the phone in terms of reception and sound quality is not good and the sound quality of its media player is also inferior than any cheap China made MP3 player sold on the street. I am sending you 3 photographs of the phone in its present condition for your review.

              I am awefully surprised to note such careless attitude of your service center as well as perhaps the same at your end towrads a customer who is absolutely disappointed with the quality of the product both in terms of external quality and performance.

              I do not wish to use such an inferior quality product after spending so much of money as there are many cheaper and better options are available in the market.

              Please take an immediate action and instruct your service center to accept the return of the unit and to refund the money failing to which I will take this matter to the Consumer Court in Hyderabad, media and will also post in most of the tech/ gadget sites/ blogs on the the www.

              The matter has been informed to Asus global customer care and the complaint is carrying the complaint no. WTM[protected]. However, no action has been taken by either Asus or by Reliance. Reliance is just washing their hands after selling the products.

              An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

              I agree with you, The same problem i am facing from this asus mobile.
              This phone is a complete waste of money. It keeps hanging every now and then since purchase and I need to restart the phone almost everyday. Moreover within 3 months of purchase, it's microphone stopped working.
              I agree with all of you. The phone is a total waste of money. I restart the phone several times in a day. The most horrible mobile made ever in the history of mankind. And there is no customer care support or executive to talk to also.

                My name is Gobind kr. Sharma. On[protected] I have given my motherboard of ASUS Company to their authorized service center at guwahati for repairing, it is in warranty period. They have told me that the problem will not solve at Guwahati it will sent to Bangalore to solve the problem and it will take one week to solve come from Bangalore. I had call them after one week to know the status of the board but they told me that your board is not yet come and it will take one week more to correct the problem and came at guwahati. When they told me like this I was say ok, but when I call them after two weeks latter they told me the same statement then I want any phone no. or E mail id of Bangalore service center to know the status but they were not given me any no. or id .                   ASUS LAPTOP PLAY-STATION IN KOLKATA WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

                  I have an ASUS Laptop which is malfuncting. ASUS provide customer service for repairing through their service provider M/S Neotenic Informatics Pvt. Ltd (Kolkta).

                  They have no skilled and well qualified technician to handle sophisticated quipment like ASUS laptop at Kolkata office. They only pass time and harass the customer without any fruitful result. Ultimately the customers return home and scrap their laptop. I am now suffering for a month. each time I contact their Kolkata office, i get
                  reply that either the technician is ill or very busy and could not get time to open the laptop or could not identify the problem. Each time they say different reply .

                  I doubt if my laptop will finally return home in working condition from their servce center or not.
                  My conclusion is that precious items are in the hands of monkeys to mishandle.

                  I bring notice to top authority of ASUS India Ltd. and the valuable customers of ASUS products that proper corrective action and follow up/enquire should be taken at the earliest otherwise ASUS will loose their market in India.
                  I have purchased ASUS mother board on 06/05/2010 but, now it's USB ports, head phone and mike ports are not working, so I have registered complaint on toll free number on 08/03/2011, ASUS representative person had told me that their person will come to me on next day for to to collect the mother board, but no has came for to take it back.

                  I don't know what kind servise they will provide to us.
                  Let's see what will happen?

                  I have purchased a mother Board of Asus in the month of August last year and it has gone dead in December. After giving it for service I didn’t get any response about the status nearly 1 month. Now I have received the service completed board on 24th of this month and the moment I installed it I am facing a new problem. My network adapter is not working. I''m forced to return it again. Actually I never expected this quality and its service from ASUS. I had been using INTEL & DELL for the past 15 years and I didn’t face such issues.                     I PURCHASED THE MOTHERBOARD FROM DHANBAD IN FEBRUARY 2007. AFTER USING 6 MONTHS, SUDDENLY LAN CARD DID NOT WORK. AFTER CONTACTED THE VENDOR, SENT THE MOTHERBOARD TO THE SERVICE CENTER. ON 19/09/2007 THERE WAS A INFORMATION FROM SERVICE CENTER THAT THE LAN CHIP WAS BURNT AND THEY CHARGED ME AND THE SERVICE CENTER SENT ME ANOTHER MOTHERBOARD AND AGAIN AFTER A MONTH THE REPLACED MOTHERBOARD WAS NOT WORKING. AFTER CONTECTED, THEY TOLD ME THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURED IN THE NEW REPLACED MOTHERBOARD ALSO. I CONTACTED THE ASUS HEAD OFFICES REGARDING THIS MATTER BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.                     This is senthilkumar. I have purchase Asus P5VDC -MX motherboard from metro computers. There is some problem and board on/off is not working. I return back to metro computers and they ask me to contact Digicom computer service. I have contacted them after 14 days back they issues irreparable goods letters and they ask me to contact Rashi pharepallels pvt ltd with the letter. I have done it.                     Asus Mother Board Service in kerala is very bad .When we are giving for service it will take 2-3 moths, If we are getting after services also having same complaint.If we are calling the service centre no body is picking up the phone and nobody is responding due to the complaint.We can’t able to sale the asus mother board and asus laptops.If the service is not good then what we should do? Can you able to answer to our customers.Kindly do something to solve this problem. Please help me.

                    my phone's speaker is not working for third time

                    My asus zenfone 4 Speaking not working properly for third time.I already Repaired two time before but its third time its again speaker not working
                    I Purchase Mobile Phone 24th June. Now the Mother Board is not working also it was Hanging by 2 times.
                    within 1 Month there is so much problem in the phone.
